Why is so easy for an employes to get rid of a Latin guy to get rid of a White guy? aren't we the same kind of Human being??, or is Because the Latin guy will never sue the employer and the white guy is the first thing that he is going to do?? I am not agains noboy..LOVE everybody the same...for me theres no English spoken heaven or Japanese spoken Hell..we all going to the same place after died...

Im an Asian working in an American firm. I can feel a little discrimination since I cant express my feelings and insight that much but I showed to them that theyre wrong the way they treated me. Im there with them whenever they need me. I use my common sense all the time. I have been insulted many times because of my poor comprehension but I deal with the customers fairly and sincerely. Those people who are narrowminded and selfish are trying to loss my faith in myself but I didnt let them ruin it. Everyday Im better and better and They know if they will get rid of me for no reason at all.. then I will sue them. I have rights too..
No white,black,no races and no cultures in heaven and youre right..were equal..but there are people who dont realize that..they just think they just live in here in this present world and they dont care about the world after life. Pray for them for they dont know what theyre doing. YOure smarter than them

Dateline did a story something like this. Only it was employers who hire skinny over fat. Dateline gave all the needed requirments to the heavy one and the skinny one had few. Who was hired-- the skinny one most of the time.
Happens many ways-age is another.

Have you noticed in Latino owned businesses their are no white people working ever, they never hire a white person, why? White people hire Latinos all the time. Peace no offense

This isn't true for all establishments. Sadly, some people are racist. But instead of saying "screw you", we shouldjust walk away, and tell people that are looking for jobs not to go to that establishment, whether they are white, latin, black, asian, arabic, or indian.

what about all the people who are losing jobs because the employer gets to not pay comp insurance and other taxes so he hires the illegal.
