If a person enters the US illegally. They are a criminal and need to be arrested and returned to wherever they came from. (England, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany etc)
If they came legally and followed the law.....They become citizens.

That is the law. The Law The Law.
What makes this so hard? Who in the government is suppose to control the borders? Why aren't they doing it? Should they do it? Are they ordered NOT to enforce THE LAW? Congress needs TO INVESTIGATE it....I bet they are the cause.........

I 100% agree with you. It is the LAW. But, i think that the reason the US has a big probelm with just sending them back is because
1. there are so many illegal aliens its hard to know who's legal and who isn't
2. its a moral thing. its hard to just kick somebody out of the place they have settled
3. The illegal people, chances are, have no money to GET back where the belong.

What makes you so naive? Congress is part of the system. The elite of America wants cheap labor, is that so difficult to understand. Laws are made for the poor and underprivileged not for the wealthy.

they have already proven there true intent in my book and by the thousands so you better see that for what it is . they want to be here but by a seperate set of rules, laws, and beliefs you have to ask yourself do you want America to be to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities. We have but one flag. We must also learn one language and that language is English

This is precisely the same kind of challenge that aggressive outsiders are making against other parts of the West, including Muslim immigrants in Europe and, in the most extreme form, Palestinians in Israel. Supremacist Muslims have demanded that Europe repudiate Israel, legally prohibit public criticism of Islam, downplay acts of violent Jew-hatred by immigrants, and not deport Muslim illegal aliens. And some Palestinians, of course, demand that Jewish state abolish itself altogether, actually cutting it out of maps of the Middle East (just as illegal-alien marchers in L.A. held signs of North America with the United STATES crossed out.

You need to chill out. It, personally, is none of your business if someone is illegal, maybe they are escaping abuse and torture from their previous country? Well, I am sure that if you were being threatened with death that you would, even illegally enter a country and get a better life.
