undocumentated workers do not pay taxes ???

it has been said by many that undocumentated workers do not pay taxes even when it is a fact that Mexicans are the biggest expenders in America , they get money taken from they pay checks and never get it back , they actually send less than 20 percent back to Mexico and reinbest the rest in America .

but ..... did u knew that if any of them own any taxes they will have to pay those taxes back once they get legalized ???

i would like to add that many do not report abuses from their bosses because they are afraid . do u think any human deserves this ???

i would like to add that anyone who doesn't work under his name will have to do it or he will not get anything and will have to pay a penalty for having do so .

and to the one who call me wise one they pay taxes the same way u do but they do not used real SS and because of this they do not get any money back or any money from the goverment . but if u are talking about those who make money above the poverty line i would like to tell u that they are the minority because most do below the poverty line and that i do not agree whit not paying your taxes when u have to do it , but i would like to tell u again that they will have to pay for that if they have to .

to samonrachel i agree whit u the hospital shouldn't pay for the bill therefor i think the undocumentated worker should be able to obtain medicare , which they are not able to obtain now for being undocumentated .

but i still want u to remember they do pay taxes and never get them back so that should pay for their bill .

christina b i have also worked whit many Mexicans and none ever gets their taxes back plus they recieve a letter every year from the IRS letting them know they cannot pay them back because their number doesn't match whit their information and they give them phone number where they can complain if they have a problem whit their patrons because of the letter .

there is someone else saying they will star from cero i will ask u to inform yourself about the proposition on the senate which clearly says they will not star form cero and will have to pay back any taxes they own .

ilegal imigrants PAY 99 % OF EVERY TAX THERE IS and get nothing back come tax time, all that money from every single check they took from them.. GONE.

Since they are subsidized, many poor from countries with fewer subsidized services want to come here. That is why the line is long. However our immigration laws need to fit our needs, not the needs of foreigners who want us to subsidize their lifestyle. Coming and taking services without permission is stealing.

Also, back taxes would only be for 5 years, and how is anyone going to be able to prove what they were?

If I had a lot of preconditions met regarding border security and dismantling the employment and benefits magnets that draw illegals here, I'd be ok with legalizing screened illegals (not citizenship and not with the right to quadrupal their numbers by bringing more family in). However, there is no chance that they pay for themselves through taxes.

Some of them pay taxes under false names and false IDs. Too bad for them!

Most of them get paid in cash, under the table, and no one pays taxes - neither they nor their employers. Both are felons under the law. While I think that illegal aliens should be deported to their country of origin when found, I also think their employers should not only have to pay all the back taxes plus fines, the fines should be raised to be actually punitive instead of a slap on the wrist, and some jail time should be tacked on. At least 90 days in the federal pen should make believers out of some of these shysters.

You have your facts all wrong! First of all, ALOT of them get paid under the table........ Second of all if they actaully have a stolen SS# then why the Hell should they get anything back??? Thirdly, They use up alot of funds from US funded programs, like chips medical care, welfare for those children born here (who should have been born in their country), unpaid hospital bills (becuase you can't find them to pay the bills, education, esl programs for those who don't speak english and not to mention the over crowing of the schools. I don't know who your talking about but all the people I worked with (from mexico) did not pay taxes... just like you and I could if we wanted to pay at the end of the year, however they were not worried about that because they intended to go back in a few years and were not worried about the IRS catching up with them.

They should have to pay them back. Anyone living in the United States should have to pay taxes, whether they are Mexican, Russian, African, Italian, Scottish, Chinese, whatever. People have been paying taxes since this country was established. If someone is in this country illegaly, and they become legal, good for them. But just because they support people in another country, doesn't mean they shouldn't pay their debts to this one.

I have heard that taxes get taken out, but off of false social security numbers. as many use fake id's to get jobs. but this does not make sense to me because then where does that payroll deduction go? Are these companies keeping it? I have heard stories about companies keeping 2 sets of books. Dont know if we are in urban legend territory here or what is really going on.

Undocumented workers are not registered here in America so they MUST work under the table or use false documents,so they don't pay taxes.and after they are legal they start fresh.Now lot of them have Green cards that allow them to work here in the States but they do have taxes taken out but they do not pay the same as we do and they do not file at the end of the year.Democrats use a lot of illegal workers at there homes as maids ,butlers and nannies.
