Why wait for illegals to commit a crime before deporting them? Isn't that silly? In fact they commited a crime just by coming here illegal, right? Just deport them for being here "illegally".
Legal immigrants should be arrested, and if convicted, serve their time. Then upon release deported immediatly. They should never be allowed to return, or reapply for immigrant status if convicted of any serious crime.
Yes, the illegals in California prisons numbers are high. Mostly members of mexican gangs too, and they are extremely dangerous. If we put our National Guard on the border maybe we can keep most of them out after deporting them. The Feds need to enforce existing laws, and stop this catch and release system. If illegals are caught sneaking in, take them to the border and make them walk back home. The mexican border, I mean. Say adios, as@hole.

yes, and their home country fined severly for allowing a criminal across their border. If Americans illegally migrate anywhere in the world, they face severe penalties, including death.
So what are illegals in America crying about, we don't want to kill you, we just want your criminal behinds out of our country. And, you can leave by your own free will, or we will put you out, which ever you prefer.
The new bill circulating and gaining strength is a bill that puts the responsibility for a country's citizens and the crimes they commit in our country back on them, with enormous fines, and if a crime is committed by an immigrant, legal or otherwise, they will never be able to gain citizenship in America, or legally cross her borders again.
I will not sponsor any more bills to build prisions, or housing for these criminals, let their own country do it, while they pay fines to America for endangering our country, and it's people.
Illegal immigrants have had enough freebees in my book.
The only ride that they will get free from the American people is the ride back across the border, and we can send their nation the bill. I wonder with all of the money that should be taken in what kind of border security, and education resources Americans, and legal immigrants can benefit from. Just imagine how angry the president's of these countries will be, but our national debt could just vanish. Imagine what they will do to those deported at their penny, not the American Penny.
Americans have footed the bill long enough it is time these nations start acting like nations for their people, or their people should rise up against them. That is what the American people had to do.

When someone breaks the law they need to pay the penalty for that particular law.
So for example, if someone commits a crime and the punishment is 1-year in jail they should serve that time. If they're here illegally after serving the 1-year sentence then they should pay the penalty for being here illegally, which is deportation.
If we just deport with having them serve time they will be back here faster than you can say illegal alien.

Yes definitely.
We have a big problem in Australia with a certain race of people who walk around telling everyone that they are not Australian committing crimes.
If they committed the same crimes in their home country as they do here, they would all be walking around with either one or no hands and some would have been killed by now.
I believe that the only reason they're in our countries is because they can do what they want and IF they get caught the penalties are soft.
If a citizen of another country commits a crime, they should be sent home to be dealt with by their police.

specific, deport the unlawful alien criminals as rapidly as they have served their sentences! who're those idiots that are against deporting unlawful alien criminals? I in elementary terms heard on the Lou Dobbs coach this evening that the governor of modern Jersey would not prefer the cities' police forces to get knowledgeable in immigration enforcement decrease than the 287g application, using certainty the illegals won't cooperate with the police in the event that they are petrified of being deported. What a hypocritical, mendacity ***! they'd prefer to be petrified of the police, as they are genuine right here illegally. I call governor Corzine and different pol who makes use of that poor excuse for his sanctuary regulations a hypocrite using certainty i think of the actual clarification for the sanctuary regulations are to get the votes of l. a. Raza and the marketing campaign contributions from the huge agencies that prefer the cheap hard work from unlawful aliens. for specific, there could be some bribery in touch, fairly in New Jersey!

If the crime is serious enough they should be deported and face the same sentence in their own country. If they cannot follow the law in a country that is not their own then they do not need to experience the same freedoms as Americans.

I think legal ones should be punished here and there cards reconsidered and illegal ones deported with some other added punishment, we let them over here and they bite the hand that feeds them. i live in a town with alot of illegal immigrants that will o lots of hit and runs an theft and everything and it it very unfair to the rest of us trying to go about our lives in peace.

Yes, why shouldn't they? I mean we just decided that its just a slap on the hand and let it go. But if it is an American, hey throw the books at them, take all way from them, But immigrates get a slap on the hand and what ever they want. Sorry, but why do we let the immigrates go. And they get to do anything they want and Americans are sent to jail or prison.

Absolutely, and with no questions asked. Especially the gang members. We have enough of our own home-grown problem criminals. We should not have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to support these creeps in our prison systems. Think of the good that kind of money could buy for our own needy citizens. Its cheaper to buy them a plane or bus ticket. Adios amigo!

If they are legal, then they should be held to the standard as any other American or perhaps they can choose to be prosecuted in their own country. tee hee.......Illegals have NO rights. They have broken the law just by being here so prosecute away, then send their government the bill for legal services rendered and any other costs we incur for housing one of their people.
