If so is this a problem? Why?
Do you think paying them more may persuade them to be more conservative?

Both the timing of the audio tape and the fact that it doesn't mention Bhutto raises questions.

I am thinking of a few possible scenarios.

1. The audio tape takes a long time to reach its destination and therefore could not have included mentioning Bhutto. I find this to be the most probable scenario.

2. Bin Laden is dead and the release of this message is the first of many of planned releases of these very broad and run of the mill hate messages.

The last two I find to be least probable.

3. Bin Laden, from his location, had no knowledge and perhaps no involvement in the assassination. This one I find to be least likely

4. Bin Laden chose not to address Bhutto's death for whatever reason.

I find it odd because the tape's message is very broad and covers major, timeless themes. At the same time, it makes no mention of world events. In a way, this tape could be release 1 year from now and still be relevant.

What do you think?

I know someone who was brought here as a kid by his parents and fell out of status and is now here illegally. He is contemplating whether to move back to his country of origin(a European union nation) or to wait here for a reform or maybe get married and get his papers. He wants to be a lawyer, but is not sure if he can earn as much money in europe as he can in usa and weather he can adjust to a new country all over again. What do you think?

I am going to Paris on January 11th, 2008. For some reason, the validity date on my French Visa says, Feb 11-Aug 11, 2008. It is a +1 Transit Schengen visa. I don't know if this is a typo or if the dates are supposed to be like that. I also can't contact the French Consulate right now because they are closed. Does anyone know if it will be a problem? Thanks.

Only a young pup myself, so im ignorant to age old confilcts and ive been trying to learn the epic history of the troubles in Ireland. I read books from both sides of the spectrum to gain a wider knowledge, Cromwells atrocities, Protestant massacres preceding etc etc .. but in more recent article i read, that alot of American money paid for the IRA campaign, with many Americans having Irish ancestry and nursing older prejudices.. In a nutshell, to any older and wiser people than me. (and hopefully not indoctrinated to anyones "side") Is it true that the Terrible events of 9/11 hugely contributed to the peace treaty taking effect in Northern Ireland, following a sudden halt of widespread support to the IRA from citizens in the USA?

Then why can cows and buffalo cross breed, horses and donkeys cross breed, dogs and wolves cross breed, and yet humans and chimps cannot?

Also, why is it that Human DNA is more closely related to swine and mice than chimps?

Democrats claim they are for the down trodden, yet it is conservatives who give much more to charities, almost every food bank is established and run by Christian organizations. It is conservative that want to give freedom and democracy to all in the world, while democrats cry about how we just need to take care of our own. I just don't get it.

Is it illegal to sit out on a public street outside his home. How many hours can i legally sit on the road outside his home? These are just random questions. But seriously...i'm curious. Is it also ok to look in his car windows as long as i dont enter his car and take anything? Just curious......

why do you support him? what views of his do you share? dont you think that as America will be dealing with foreign countries alot now, that we should have a president that at least keeps up on current events? huckabee said 2 weeks after the emergency in Pakistan ended that the first priority should be too remove the emergency. he also issued a proven to be false statement that Pakistanis are sneaking across the border more than all other races. what do you think of this?

why does the state of Texas allow this? the biggest % of players are in the mid to lower income group even the welfare recipients, many households do not purchase the necessities because of theier pursuit of the get rich quick scam that the state pushes with their commercials showing happy people saying how much they just won on a single scratch off, they don't show or tell you how many have not one and are constantly chasing that elusive dream of riches,
Try and operate a gambling business on your own (bookie) they will arrest you in a flash., yet the state is doing the exact same thing promoting gambling.

I'm a little bit confused about the 5th amendment (double jeopardy).

Let's say that someone was tried and acquitted of murder, but some time later new evidence was discovered that may prove the suspect guilty. Can they, or can they not be re-tried for that same murder?
