OK, first of all - it most certainly *is* a question. I'm asking the bushbots out there if they have the courage to actually educate themselves on decisions bush has made during the past seven years.

It is a list of bush's actual decisions, actual Presidential activity. No cursing, no screaming, no mudslinging. A rote list of bush Presidential activity.

If you don't want to read it, fine.

But to REPORT it?

I joined a trail on my debit card and I looke at my balance and my account balance wasn't negative but my available balance was. I figured if my account balance wasnt negative and they didnt take out any fees yet and I plan on canceling the trail how can I be charged an overdraft. Well they charge me an overdraft for 35 bucks. Well I call them up and they said that they would fix the overdraft if its canceled. Well one payment before the overdraft that would go through created another overdraft just because of there first overdraft fee. When I asked to talk to a supervisor or another customer service guy that would be less rude he threatened me with an outermadem that he would reverse a credit that he already authorized. Is any of this legal? can they charge you an overdraft on an available balance thats still pending and not taken from your account balance? and how long can they keep charging you 8 dallors a day overdrsft for?

We get enough lying, cheating, bashing from a male dominated society, Y do females still bash each other?
Many women call each other bi(ches and are more critical/judgemental of each other. (And think this is normal.)

When the guy cheats, the woman automatically blames the other woman. What if the women didnt know? If you didnt notice, guys like to lie to get sex.

When many women dress they don't even dress for men, they dress to compete with each other.

No one seems to know where I can go to get help. I keep getting numbers from EVERYONE which only lead to more numbers and so on. No attorney wants to take a case against a police officer and I was advised not to go public in my home town due to the fear of harassment if I do. I NEED SOME HELP NOW! Am I suppost to simply forget what has illegally been done to me because of fear and threats? Who takes these kind of cases? Does ANYONE know?

I am in my first year of studying engineering, with the focus of becoming a aviator in the Navy. I want to be a strong candidate. I figured that if I get some exposure to the service I could add weight to my resume when I apply for a pilot slot. So, I really like the sounds of the Navy reserves, as long as it does not interfere too much with my studies.

My parents are american, I was born in australia, I have a GC, and will be a citizen well before I complete my studies, so no barriers there.

any advice please?

What tosh! The Germans never made it mandatory, or even regarded it as particularly important, for occupied territories to speak German. As far as I know the Poles and the French for example, still speak Polish and French?
So don't spout off about WW2 - the Americans joined in only because there was money to be made out of the venture - not to save us poor Brits from speaking German. And anyway, what would be so bad about being fluent in another language? It's a very desirable attribute to have on one's CV.

Yes, it's incredible, isn't it?
Most of the people that moan about the police are either people who have been caught doing something they shouldn't, or relatives and friends of people who have been caught.
Am I the only one that thinks the police do a fantastic job? Why should they have this bad image/reputation?

Benazir got assasinated yesterday. Immediately Nawaz Sheriff said that Parvez Musharraf should quit as he was unable to control fundamentalism.

Do you think that Nawaz Sheriff can contain the extremists as he is claimimg? I think he knows where these extrimists are hiding as he had offered them all the finances to do acts against India, when he was the PM. i have a friend that was in a car accident about 3 weeks ago. now because he is illegal and has no drivers license, he got scared and left the scene of the crime.

A detective came over to my boyfriends house, because my boyfriend and him are friends, and wanted to arrest him, because they though that he was the one who did the crime, but it wasent him,

I fully understand Americans wanting immigrants (legal and illegal) to learn English. It does make for easier communication, and if they choose to come here they should take the consequences of having to learn the language of the area. If you chose to go to their countries, it would be incumbent upon you to learn their language.

But when they are talking to each other and not to you or any other English-speaking American, why do so many of you have a problem with this as well?

I have read a lot of people's answers that say they are ticked that the immigrants won't use English, but the explain situations in which they were not part of the conversation. Why do so many of you care if they speak their own languages if they are only speaking to each other, as long as they speak English to you?

Do you ever encounter ethical issues like the kind that we see on police TV shows, or are the criminals pretty clear-cut bad guys?

Example of an ethical issue:
A kid really doesn't like his parents. They fight all the time, and he is pretty scared of them, but they are not criminals. His grandmother takes him with his permission but not the parents' permission, and they run away. Both the grandmother and kid are much happier away from the parents.

P.S. What would you do in the above situation?
