her child. She develops a sexual relationship with a 22

22 year old be charged with statutory rape since she
is below the age of consent or since she is an emancipated
minor, she can have sex legally with anyone.

An incident occured at work, it was reported to the exec. but nothing happened to my boss. I addressed him on the situation, after he got a "lecture"he poked me in the chest, between my breasts and stated it was none of my f-ing buisness and to stay out of it or he would have me terminated. I believe he thinks I was the original person who ratted him out, and now he is repremending me and humiliating me in emails that go to other people. I am not the only one who has been threatened, but I don't know who else has been. Do I have a case here?

I am under the impression that my neighbors have installed high tech serveillance equipment and directed cams at my private family residence. What if any laws govern my privacy and consequences to the individuals whom have these devices pointed at my home? I believe that the views are being used to interrupt/interfere with my ability to hunt deer on the property and to gain personal information about my familys daily routines. What is in my familys' best interests as far as confirming my suspicions and following up with legal prosecution of the individuals involved with installation, use, and recording of my home, and routine family activities in a very rural area of Mid-west U.S.? Are the laws specific? Are the penalties specific? I have a realistic general concern for my familys' well-being and how this intrusive activity has been used in the past and how it could be used negatively in the future. Any and all information or similair situation experiences shared would be appreciated.

My dad died 3 mnths ago, 2 years ago he took out his government pension with the help of my aunt who was power of attorney & beneficiary due to alcholism and stealing of money from my brother. She opened a joint acct, an RRSP & A GIC. His pension was worth approx 160,000 My aunt is now saying that there is only 50 000 dollars left approx, never has a straight answer for anything. She says my brother stole 23000 and my dad spent 86000 absolutely nothing to show for any of it and now there is only approx 50 thousand left. I ask for statements for the past 5 yrs of his personal acct and gic/rrsp so that I can repair my relationship with my brother & see what role he played in the spending of all this money. Her & I had a close relationship until I asked that question and she attacked me in an email I she wont return my calls. I am wondering what rights does she have to his money? She has only been in my dads life 4 the past 3 yrs,he was a very sick man!! HELP

OK, my mother lost her job but had emergency money saved for 6 months, and I'm 14-years-old but can be mistaken for an adult.

In my state you must be 16 in order to be hired for a job but I wanted to help out so I lied on my job application and said I was 18. Well I got caught and was fired but I made my first paycheck of 120.00. I have a state ID (anyone can get one) so I cashed the check and now they want their money back.

A war where we're winning and where we're always winning. It's never actually won but always in the process of being won.

We are always making progress. Never quite enough progress to end the war but always just enough progress to keep the war going.

Also, either the enemy or the objective always changes and then that's always been the enemy or the objective, and the previous enemy or objective was never the goal.

Since when is someone's independant internet musings supposed to enough to convince someone of a fact rather than an opinion? Could a blog be used as concrete evidence in a trial? Can you look a blog up in an encyclopedia? Can you even really prove who wrote the blog most of the time?
