Last time I knew , it was still in the Constitution.

Bush decided that the Constitution was just a "___damned piece of paper" and threw the fourth amendment away. He decided that a judge issuing a search warrant was a waste of time. It's just like the Hessian's of old are in the white house.

The fourth amendment is intact as far as I know. Can you give an example or source stating the contrary?
