Well I for one have never ever, been afraid of outside forces attacking this country before 9/11. I am not afraid now after, I never believed in the fear talk that had alot of you always looking to see if the sky was falling. All I know is if a group of thugs commits a crime, you don't blame whatever ethnic group they belonged to and purge the world of them, you go after the criminals. That part he FAILED on people. Everyone that is responsible for who died on 9/11, are still at large. Osama and Saddam were not sitting together smoking cigars and shaking hands on that day idiots. Think it woulda been cheaper to use the military to strike at terroists camps? yes it would. There would be no contarcting issues, because the Department of Defense would be running it. Where does all this money spent come from? The government borrows it. Who gave China favored trade nation status? Now they by into the country and send us piosoned faulty crap that everyone buys. And by the way Eagle, it's muslim, not Moslem, get off the video games and get some education.

So he could have had an eventless Presidency with prosperity and less forboding about the future. If Bush wanted oil, he could have simply abused the "Oil for Food" scam the UN was involved with and made millions quietly under the table with very few knowing.

9/11 made Bush confront pure evil eye to eye. Sad but true. 9/11 was the worst event to happen on USA soil ever.

Why wouldn't he? How about the fact that he probably knew that if something like that did happen he would be blamed. Or maybe a war would start in the Middle East, and yes I know what you're going to say about the war, it's all for oil and that bullshiit. I just look at what happened on 9-11 and I just want to wring the neck of people who say that. Americans didn't feel safe after 9-11 because, wow 19 Moslem Jihadests hijacked 4 planes and crashed them into buildings, I know about the one that crashed in a field, but work with me here. He had one hell of a day being taken all over the place being told "Stay here Stay here" over and over again. Bushes job is to keep America as safe as it can be and he has done a goob job of it. Even though people don't like him, there are more who do and for that same reason, I am proud to be an American during his presidency. I pray to God that we will get another president like him.

It is not a question of if he wanted it, but that it happened, he went after the right people initially, had full support, then 'didn't care where Osama was", went into Iraq, and has been a failure as a leader. If you were asking if he wanted to bomb Iraq and wanted to overthrow/kill Saddam Hussein, I would say probably so, but 9/11 is a very big stretch!! With NO valid evidence.....He and his administration did not heed the vital CIA warnings that an "Imminent threat: Al Queida determined to strike in the US", but that just makes him incompetent and foolish, not specifically responsible or 'in on it'.

I would LIKE to think that He wouldn't have wanted 9/11 to happen -because He's the "Kinder & Gentler" human being we THOUGHT he was when He took Office, in early 2001... Judging by his Record SINCE however, I was Right in voting for Gore back then... :(

Because thousands of innocent people got killed, that's why he wouldn't want it to happen.

Because he is morally and intellectually the greatest president this fine nation has ever elected!! haha, i don't know, there are no reasons, I don't know if he was directly involved or not, it sounds far fetched.

I don't think he had anything to do with it, but it certainly was the best thing to happen to him. He wouldn't have been re-elected otherwise.

Don't know, i don't think he was a part of it, but I don't think he has a big enough heart to care about anything but money.
