If a presidential candidate would bring this up, in speaking about our roads and trailways that they propose to continue to build; would you vote for them?

Just read this and found it appalling. There really is no such thing as assimilation anymore, is there. Move into a country, but don't adapt to it at all.

Does Ron Paul stand a chance in the primaries? He is by far the most popular candiate on the internet yet the mainstream media completely ignores him. I hope he wins but I'm not sure if he can? Whats your opinion?

It makes me sad seeing the homeless people in L.A. and Oakland, and other cities? What should we do to take care of our people first? They deserve a home, food, and health care too.

I am a left wing liberal, and rant and rave a lot against Bush and his ilk, but isn't that such a terrible sick act? I mean what is accomplished? We all know that Bush is not the brightest bulb on the X-mas tree, but this jerk is completely "out to lunch."

So in the Alternate Universe where Gore became the President, how would he/should he have handled 9/11 and Hussein refusing to allow UN inspections?

There must be Patriots somewhere who want a smaller more Constitutional government instead of a socalist state. Why aren't any of the front-runner candidates even discussing the elimination of wasteful government programs or reducing the power of fascist centralized government?

1st. To be a leader that will put the safety of the people he leads first!
2nd. To lower crime by not allowing children to quit school so they can get their education on the streets and not be succesful but in being drug dealers or thieves or gang members. And in fact also lower the children that end up on welfare because they can not support themselves with out a education. In afect would lower the cost of insurance because there would be less theft and save social security because there would be more people putting into it when we have more children working legal jobs, and lower taxes because tax payers would not have to build more prisons for those who have recieved their education on the streets instead of in the schools we have built.
3rd. To put all the money saved from less welfare cost and prisons not needed, into our schools. And all the money saved on all the bandaid projects that congress has waisted our money on would better out schools. Just to name a few idea's!

Whether it be a pocket-knife, pepper spray or even a gun in your car or on you...how many people carry weapons for personal protection on a daily basis? I carry a knife on me all the time, not so much for protection, but I guess it could serve the purpose...and also a gun in my truck...anybody else do the same/something different?

Tax payers are paying for Muslim foot baths in public schools, but Christians can't pray or mention Christmas.(1st and 2nd link) Calif. has a bill that would ban using the words "mom, dad, husband, wife" because they may offend gay people, and they are allowing boys and girls to use each others bathrooms and locker rooms. (2nd link)

I'm married and have a child on the way, I've herd that the air force has a lot of jobs that allow you to go home everyday to see your family, and work a normal 9-5 job.

Im good with computers, and learn VERY quick with almost anything. I love doing new things and doing things quick. I love the benefits the military has to offer for both me and my family, I just want a "normal" job, so I can come home and see my wife and "soon to be" child every day. Is there any carrier out there for me in the air force?
