Well if wold have to have good reason to need authority e.g. Apprehending a Dangerous Suspect and usually it goes through Interpol where Polices from different countries help each other in catching suspects. But the FBI Only Has Authority in America unless the circustances are for example a suspect is in another country.

A) Grown Man is an idiot. B) No US agency has authority over another country. The term is soveriegn nation. The US government is set up so that some agencies can enforce laws only in the US like the FBI or the Coast Guard and some can not enforce laws in the US like the CIA or the military.

But no government or agency has authority over another soveriegn nation.

That's right George Bush and Dickie Cheney are NOT the kings of the world no matter what they say.

Neither FBI or CIA have authority "over" other countries. The CIA has American authority to operate in foreign countries, but they have no actual authority other than what they are given by other countries. Of course, many CIA operations are undercover, not authority asked.
