I know for the FBI you have to apply and then you take a test and then once you gotten through that they send you to Quantico for more training.

cia i think u have to be permoted. like with high school football players going into college.

In both cases you need a degree, good grades, no drug use, good credit and clean record. Certain degrees are preferred, foreign languages are in short supply, especially certain languages.
