Depends on your country, and on the nature of the picture of the swastika.
In some countries, such as Germany, the display of a swastika is illegal, so that's issue 1.
In other countries, you need to think about the copyright status of the image. If it's simply a swastika, then it's not copyright, and you can use it freely. BUT... if it's a piece of artwork shaped like a swastika, then it's copyright and you need the artists permission.

A swastika represented things prior to Hitler's Nazi Germany, but most people don't want to ever see another swastika because of their memories of WWII and Hitler. This does not make displaying a swastika illegal; just kind-of-stupid during a time when most people, in this country, think that displaying a swastika is a shameful demonstration of personal rebellion against either ones country or democracy, or both.

No, in our local paper many have used this terrible symbol in reference to Hillary Clinton in posts on the message Board. They have even called her Hiltary and a Nazi.
Now if you live in a Country where your Freedom of Speech is nil, then sorry, you will go under the jail.

It is not illegal, but it is not approved of, either, so the blog may ask you to remove it.
