My husband and I live together in the state of tennesse for 4 year's and was married for 7 year's. He's military retired and has 100% disabity. Since 2002 I been caring for his, because of his health issues. My husband did'nt want me to work, because of his health, he file for divorce without me knowing about it. I learn about it when papers were serve at our door. Can I get spouse support, because i'm not working and it is very stressful even paying for a lawyer. Which my family and my children is supporting me. We are staying over the same roof, and he trying to put me out of our house.

No i'm not taking kids to a bar I work at a bar. well a resort. And some people always bring their kids to the bar and take up all my damn chairs and cost me money cause lets face it they aren't drinking, and when I try and get my manager to tell them young kids can't sit at the bar he says he can't tell them no because hes not sure if its a state law in ga. So I wanna know How young is to young to sit at the bar no matter if your parent is with you or not. and please provide the place where you found your answer so i can print it and show him. THANKS

I received a summon for jury duty in the mail (I live in Clark County, Washington State). I read through it, and saw that my jury duty was in mid January, so I thought I could simply show upto report. I didn't see (in very small print in the corner) a passage stating "You must reply to this summons by mail in FIVE DAYS" and right below that stating "Failing to report to jury duty is a misdemeanor offense". I just noticed this today when I reread it. I'm mailing the letter first thing tomorrow with the highest priority, but I'm sure it's been almost two weeks since I got the thing. I'm wondering:

-Can I be charged for a misdemeanor in Washington State for failing to reply to a jury summons BY MAIL. I am ready and capable to show up to the actual summons.

i am trying to make a video for my husband who is currently in Iraq... but i am have problems finding the right song to put with it... so i was hoping that i could get some ideals on here about some of the songs that soldiers listen to over there when you are feeling homesick of missing your family.... nothing perverted please and only serious people need to respond....

and signed it but didn't date it. Since she didn't date it the 50,000 went to my step father. When this was explained to my brother and stepfather at my mother's employer my step father told my brother that he would give him the money once he received it. GUESS WHAT... Last week my step father recieved the check then told my brother that he will not be giving it to him. A ****** gave him some bs reason why. In Missouri a State Trooper was speeding on the interstate to get to the aid of fellow officers who were attempting to catch a known criminal that was about 50 miles from his station. About 15 miles from were he left, he crashed into a stalled tractor trailer and got killed. The criminal was caught and tried for his crime plus the crime of murder . Why was he tried for murder when he was 50 miles away ?
