the only way to get a 4 series discharge changed or reversed is to go to your local Veterens Affairs office and request a discharge change form. you need to get with some prominant people in your community, not just people that say they are, but real ones like chief of police, fire chief ect... have them write recommendations for you stating the good things that you are doing for your communit. get with your supervisor at work and have him write one for you stating the punctuality and dedication that you ahve shown at work. if you are a member of some community groups, such as a volunteer fire department, red cross, lions club or some other agency, then list that also. you have to show that you have overcome any misfortunes or misgivings that you showed or expressed in the military.

the only way to get an RE4 changed is to prove it was awarded in error in the first place. less than 5% of all requests are granted.
