My wife and daughter were just playing "Politically Correct War", a card game my daughter got for Christmas from a family member. They gave up in frustration and have vowed to never play the game again.
So to answer your question, there is no common sense in Political Correctness.

"There would be more of it if people paid more attention to the distress in the black community. When something happens to white people there is quicker attention to them than black folks. That's what happened at Hurricane Katrina and it still happens, we shouldn't be over in Iraq when there's still people here to take care of. Many of them."
Not in this country. We natives are being neglected by the ******* government, who care more about Islamic terrorists and giving them 5 star prisons, rather giving them the gallows and looking after the Native British properly.
Politcal Correctness sucks. It stops the police from doing their job, stops the Armed forces doing theirs. All in all their is no common sense in PC. I will NEVER kowtow to the ******* PC brigade.

99% of the time, I check PC at the door.
If people are too sensitive to hear constructive criticism, then I don't waste my time with them.
