I live in Massachusetts.

When I was 15 I stole someone's credit card number and tried to buy a dvd online. Needless to say i was caught and now it's on my juvinile record. Credit card fraud! It sounds so bad I can barely say it out loud. It's my only flaw on my recocrd. Nothing else but this. No criminal record. My record is not sealed. I'm 20 and in college for criminal justice. Is all hope lost for getting a job in this field? Will government agencies look at this and not accept me? Should i just quit now? This has been bothering me for so long and I feel so hopeless. Can someone shed light on this? Can someone with the knoledge tell me if this will disqualify me from getting a job as a police officer (for example)?

Working in the criminal justice field is my dream and i want to follow my dream. I know it's credit card fraud but doesn't the fact that it's juvinile make any difference? I was 15 years old! Do I have a chance? With a BS from Northeastern??

Respectfully,
Mike

He is dropping in the polls like a ton of bricks. He looks tired and sickly. If he can't make it through the easy part (campaigning). How does he expect to run the country? I welcome any thoughts.

My step-son just enlisted in the army and ships out to boot camp in January. He told us that the recruiters promised him that since he wants to be an MP he will not see any combat or ever have to go to Iraq or Afghanistan. I think that the recruiters will tell a kid anything they want to hear just to get them to sign on the dotted line. What do you think or know? Please respond....

A change in the sexual harassment law, signed by President Clinton, led to his own impeachment. Normally the law does not allow evidence of "similar incidents" to be admitted in either a civil or a criminal a case. (Whether or not someone robbed other banks is deemed irrelevant to whether the person robbed the bank for which he or she has been charged.) Under the changed law, though, evidence of other instances of "sex for advancement" (remember the Revlon job offer to Monica Lewinsky?) were admissable. Clinton lied about them, and his problems began.

I assume Pelosi opposed Clinton's impeachment. Does she favor repealing the law I described? Why or why not? Or does she feel perjury and obstruction of justice are not sufficient grounds for impeachment?

Thanks for any reasoned responses.

My husband is currently in the military. He is an OIF veteran who received the Purple Heart. He is in the process of a medical discharge most likely, for a fractured rib and traumatic brain injury. He applied for Border Patrol now so that when he gets out, he can transition pretty easily. Anyway, how hard is it to pass the tests? What is the likelihood of becoming a Border Patrol Agent?

My friend was at a family gathering on Xmas. He had a few beers to drink; not sure how much but I'll guess that he was already legally drunk. My friend needed to move his car in order to free up some space on the driveway. So, he got into the car and backed right into a neighbor's vehicle. The worst damage was that the paint off the neighbor's vehicle was chipped off. The neighbor and my friend talked and my friend said he'll pay for the damages. Neighbor seemed okay with this arrangement. So everyone went about their business. About an hour later..cops come knocking on the door saying they received a call regarding my friend drinking and hitting the car. The cops did a breath test and then arrested him. He stayed in jail for about 3 hours and I think he has a court hearing in a few weeks. Anyone know what his possible outcome would be? I worry for him because he has a SR22 on his insurance for getting caught driving with a suspended license last year. What's going to happen to him?

So I am just starting to read up on what everyones arguments are - I want to be in the know. But I need a good, true source on what these candidates are preaching?

If someone would provide a link or give me a brief rundown of what these candidates are "promising" that would be much appreciated! Thanks!

and what not. I think he would much rather be a republican. But no one likes a black republican and they all get a bad rap for being a sell out and what not. He once had a blind date with Condeleeza Rice back when she was a provost at Stanford but he heard she was a republican and was turned off. I really believe my dad has an identity crisis at 65 and I want him to know that he is republican.
Now you might say he is a libertarian but he has strong feelings abortion and really doesn't like environmentalist. What should I do to help dupe my father into becoming a proud republican.

I have some old stamps and I do not know their worth (somewhere between 34 and 39 cents).
I understand that with forever stamps, they are always good even when the prices change. Are these forever stamps? Can I still use them since there is no set value associated with the stamp?

This company is reporting $1,000,000.00 prizes and awards and they have a form at the bottom to fill out for you to pay $39.95 on the Acceptance Forn. This is suppose to be a Sweepstake from a 3rd party. If its possible I would like to know if this is a scam because I did not know you suppose to pay for a sweepstake prize

Hillary Clinton said she had hundreds of women over 90 who will vote for her in the Iowa caucus

My thought is not a critcism of Hillary because I have stopped caring a long time ago.

But "hundreds"? Will there really be even 200 women over the age of 90 who will vote in the Iowa Caucus on the Democratic side for her?

Not saying they won't support her, but I'm just asking is it statisticly likely or even possible?
