Since Ron is now statistically tied with Giuliani, and perhaps McCain (news is from 20 minutes ago), and appeals to more independents and 3rd party voters this time around, could he actually come home with a win, or at least 2nd place? I don't put much faith in polls, as I have always felt his support was higher than reflected in them, but then again, his supporters are of a very diverse demographic, statistically harder to get accurate polling results from.

"In its latest Iowa poll, American Research Group
http://americanresearchgroup.com/
reports that dark horse candidate Ron Paul has roared to a statistical dead heat with Giuliani, one of the front-runner GOP candidates.

Paul jumped 150% ahead from 4% to 10%, which, with a 4% margin of error for the poll, put him in a statistical dead heat with Giuliani, who pulled 14% in the poll.

Paul, technically, with that 4% margin of error was within range of John McCain, as well, who pulled 17% in the poll.

Romney pulled 21% and Huck 23%

THC causes a reaction in the brain that stimulates a mood of euphoria. This stimulation can also by caused by eating chocolate. Marijuana use continues to be a growing trend in the U.S. To dispel the common "gateway drug" myth, statistics from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services show that the majority of people who use marijuana do not use any other illicit substance. With this growing trend, the money that could be made off of a government tax on the sale of marijuana is incredible. Right now, drug enforcement programs are a drain on the national budget while making no profit to pull funds from. By legalizing marijuana, the money made from it could go to support these expensive programs. Ralph Nader put it best when he stated the following: "Annual drug deaths: tobacco: 395,000, alcohol: 125,000, legal drugs: 38,000, illegal drug overdoses: 5,200, marijuana: 0.

I live here in Durham NC and a couple of months ago there was an accident that a semi was involved in and it was one of the worst accidents in city history. It started off when two pickup trucks collided. One of the pickups went out of control then and hit the right front passenger side of the semi. It caused the driver of the semi to loose control and the semi crossed the center divider and hit 5 other vehicles killing two people. So my question is even though the driver of the semi didn't cause the accident, could he still be held financially liable at all?

The shooting took place early this morning in a southeast Fresno neighborhood on east Belgravia near Helm.
The father of a newborn was shot dead this morning. Police here says it was self- defense, not murder.
Investigators say the 26-year old showed up at his ex-girlfriend's home on east Belgravia around 4 a.m. He wanted to see their newborn. That's when police say he hit the mother of his child, pulled out a gun, and threatened to shoot her. But "her" cousin had a gun of his own. He fired several shots, saving both mother and baby. "Fortunately there was a family member who had a gun who was able to defend his cousin. And who knows what other injuries might have been incurred from these subjects who was bent on creating problems there and harming people in the residence," said Lt. Herman Silva, Fresno Police. No names are being released tonight. neighbors were hesitant to talk fearing a gang connection.
To make matters worse he wasn't even supposed to be in this country at all. He had just been released from prison and was deported to Mexico but came back.

I got out of the Army earlier this year and filed for disability benefits because of an injure that I picked up while I was in. The VA still haven't made a decision yet, but I'm predicting that they will make one in the following month. If they do offer me a percentage, will it still be possible for me to join ROTC or will I have to turn the offer down.

I ride a bike everywhere I go because I don't have a car. I have to ride my bike past this guys house to get to the store. This guy is developementally disabled and constantsly yelled at me about wanting to suck my pussy. And he had his friends gain up on me by yelling "Chad loves you" every time I rode by and even chasing me around town yelling "Chad love you." One night in a park some of his friends recognized me as the girl who refused to date him. They asked me why and then lit a fire work and said that they were going to kill me by throwing it at me. Then they chased me with it. The cops were called in both times. The first time they said that there's freedom of speach and that they have the right to yell "Chad loves you" The second time the cops told me that it's not attempted murder for them try to throw a fire work at me. What do you think of all this?
