I prefer my rulers to be 12 INCHES long. Screw the metric system.

U can be all three it is just when n were u decided to be which one in what circumstance that makes for a better President not a (Ruler) I mean come on this is not a communist country when u say (Ruler) Ok the people in this country would not stand for a ruler like England,tried when this country first began how'd that work out for them.

I prefer my rulers to be frightened of me and my kin, and underfunded, which makes them polite.
