The shooting took place early this morning in a southeast Fresno neighborhood on east Belgravia near Helm.
The father of a newborn was shot dead this morning. Police here says it was self- defense, not murder.
Investigators say the 26-year old showed up at his ex-girlfriend's home on east Belgravia around 4 a.m. He wanted to see their newborn. That's when police say he hit the mother of his child, pulled out a gun, and threatened to shoot her. But "her" cousin had a gun of his own. He fired several shots, saving both mother and baby. "Fortunately there was a family member who had a gun who was able to defend his cousin. And who knows what other injuries might have been incurred from these subjects who was bent on creating problems there and harming people in the residence," said Lt. Herman Silva, Fresno Police. No names are being released tonight. neighbors were hesitant to talk fearing a gang connection.
To make matters worse he wasn't even supposed to be in this country at all. He had just been released from prison and was deported to Mexico but came back.

Once less deportee to make his back to our country.

of course not unless he had a long range gun and he had a pretty good shot.on a serious note;this kind of unfortunate situations happens to everyone-illegal or citizen-.my next door friend(born and raise in USA)had issues with his ex and one day decided to get violent.he was shot by police and died.the violence that WE humans create does not depend on citizen status.how many of our american brothers do crime outside of america?undocumented, legalized, citizens, men, women, rich, poor, short, tall, able even disable people are candidates to commit such crimes!

Perhaps we should brand illegal aliens with a big X on the forehead so that they will be easy to identify, or we could just increase jail times and fines for the illegal scum who repeatedly violate our immigration laws. There are too many sanctuary for illegal alien cities in this country. All federal funding should be denied to these cities, like NYC, LA, and San Fran.

Well, since a person can't be two places at once, then my answer would have to be no, of course this would not have happened at all, if the deported person had kept his *** in Mexico.
