I would like in the near future to take the rights away from my daughters father. She is 3 and he hasn't seen her in 2 yrs. He only pays child support when they find him working somewhere. I think it is her best intrest. Should I?

My ex boyfriend wants to file a restraining order against me because I'm moving back in the area to live with my parents while I have my baby. My husband is going to be in Iraq at this time. I in no way have ever offended him or physically hurt him or threatened him. Can he still file a restraining order? I'm asking this because he is a member at the same church as me and this would prevent me from being able to get my baby baptized and from going to church. I have no plans to contact him in any way shape or form.

I am sick of hearing how the government needs to do things for people. When will everyone stand up and work hard for everything? I remember back when people were scared to get on welfare, now everyone tries to get on welfare. I am sick and tired of people saying it is the government’s job to give kids healthcare, if you can not afford it DON'T BREED!!!

liberals/progressives would like to impose a carbon tax which will oppress poor people...poor can't affored "green" technologies so their taxes will always be high, but the rich can buy "green" technologies decreasing their taxes...just like the many loop holes the rich people get now...poor countires in africa who have coal and oil to produce cheap electricity for their people are meeting opposition from "green" groups in the west who want poor nation in africa to buy green technologies from them instead of letting africa develop on their own...they want africa to be dependent on western nation...

We currently have 304 million people. Yes, population increase places strain on the environment, but we can change our ways, and build our infrastructure to minimize that effect. Even with 1 billion people our population density would only be 1/4 that of the UK for example, and Great Britain is one of the developed countries in the world.

It's the war hawks blowing more cash on unwinnable wars, and the spendthrift Dems cashing in on a bill that must be signed to keep the war profiteer trough full. And We The People stuck paying for both. What do we get? We supposedly have 535 Congresspeople representing us. Can we finally agree they only represent big business and their crony friends and leave a vast majority of us out in the cold?

C.I.P.A. is Congenital Insensitivity to feel Pain. If the person is assulted they might not know that they're suffereing from a leg fracture and will walk on it until it breaks through because they can't feel the pain to tell them to stay off of it. How can they leagal trace the fracture back to the assult if they're insensetive to pain? Like if her ex boy friend threw basket balls at her legs in the school gym?

With the vilification of America and its miitary leaders by the left wing, will anyone be willing to enlist to fight for our country the next time around, or is it not worth the effort if you know liberals will shoot you down?
