How many think that a seperate category for veterans issues should be set up on yahoo answers.

How would we veterans go about setting this up?

It is the intention that a seperate forum would be easier to locate and one dedicated to helping veterans.
While the "Military" section is a good one, there are often too many ?'s regarding new weapons, joining, etc, etc.

Remember the population of Veterans is increasing and will allways be around.

I plan on using this question in my request to Yahoo.

This idea is fantastic, and you are to be commended.
GOOOOOD LUUUUUCK, with trying to get y/a to accommodate your / this proposal, HOWEVER, point out that they, y/a , will garner more accounts, and with y/a, the quantity of accounts is the reason for yahoo to increase their advertising charges, to their customers.
Thanks, I'M HERE

I'll 22nd that motion. It will be a benefit because since I do not have time to go through all the open questions hunting for a credible question that I am qualified to answer. I have to keep an active search for PTSD and "Post traumatic stress", in order to participate.

With a new category of question I would probably see a lot more I am interested in.

Good Work Sarge!

Sounds like a good idea, but it would be over-run with non vets after a short while.
I say try contacting Yahoo and make the request

I like the idea. The best way to go about it would be to contact the YA team/Yahoo Customer Care.

GOT MY VOTE on this one! There is a 'military' section, which is great for the AD & Reservists, wives, etc...

But VA issues are a whole new ballgame and we need each other's support on this...

Not sure who to ask about this.
