A restraining order is put on a minor against an adult. The minor can lift it when he/she turns 17, but can anybody lift it before then? How would you do that?

Do you think that the socialist government led by Gordon Brown will legalise fox hunting in the new year:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=504574&in_page_id=1770

It is apparent from today's massive turnout that everybody wants this great British tradition to be brought back.

It is only a matter of time now as David Cameron has pledged that he will reintroduce fox hunting when the Conservatives win the next election.

Bangalore. India.I was employed by a company for 10 months and terminated by giving a reason of underperformer. There was no payment of my salary component or other reimbursements. Then later on the salary itself was coming in delayed and without any information from the management. Which keeps mum or silent always and never replies to any of our grievances or queries by mail, phone or in person contact.
There is not settlement made till date even after 6 months.
This company has a very bad reputation for not paying their employees properly - which I had come to know offlate only.
They have this practice of deducting the Provident Fund and TDS taxes from the employees salaries and not deposit with the government nor pay the taxes to government. Now how do we make this company learn a lesson and settle my dues which are long pending. They had given me termination letter after I had raised this as an issue to have a good work environment or carry with my daily duties. Help me !

Say I had an aunt or something on life support, and I was paying the medical bills. She didn't have any written consent to pull the plug, nor did she talk about this situation to anyone currently alive. Would it be immoral for me to pull the plug, especially if she was slowly draining me dry of all the financial support I had? Would it be illegal? Would it be murder? Would it technically violate her "right to life"?

Just wondering how financial dependency affects the whole "right to life" thing when it comes to life support.

Sources are appreciated! Thanks!

This is for those new enlistees and those on DEP. How do you answer those that ask you why on earth did you enlist at a time like this?
I was asked this same ? many years ago, I am just curious to see if there are any differences nowdays, or if the answer is the same.

I commend all of you who have enlisted for your devotion to duty and country.

I was thinking of starting a podcast about BS products that in no way work like they do in the commercial.

My father raised me on the fact that everything is a scam, and I intend to prove that.

So If I use a product and It dose not give me the results it promises.

Ex.
5-Hour Energy

Chaser tablets

Extenze

That Belt that you strap on and it magically burns fat while you sit on your ***

Now if something works I will say it works and recommend it, but if it dosen't I was thinking of a catch-phrase like

"It didn't work for me"

Its not Slander if its true, so legally I'm in the clear right?

I'm very interested in this upcoming election considering it has the power to tip the future of America in either direction. There is always debate in my family about the candidates, but I'd rather form my own opinion. Does anyone know where to get unbiased POLITICAL information about the candidates?

There's a story on CNN about a Marine who forced recruits to do this, but there's no explanation of what it is. It does say the practice is banned.

I know that the creation of the Euro and other planned multinational currencies could be getting in the way of having a single world monetary unit, but I just think it would be so much easier if we didn't have to deal with exchange rates and all that other stuff that comes with each nation having it's own form of money.

... had sex with your sister's ex-man, your uncle (who is married to your aunt and hers, but he's not related to her) and other people in the family and she just DOES NOT care about other people's feelings, but she acts like she does.. went to jail for trying to bring illegal drugs to the USA, and she spent 2 years in prison and was deported to her native country and was to NEVER come to the USA.. and then all of a sudden she's here in the USA with false identification?

Would you call immgration, when your family is SUPER DUPER close and would suffer if she was to go back to jail???
