Unless she is directly affecting you and your family, no.
Simply make it clear she is unwelcome in your life and move on.

I'd call in a heartbeat, and I would have no doubt about it, and it appears that the family is hurt with her out of jail too. It sounds as if she is really close to the males of the family, and shame on the men, especially the Uncle who is married, the aunt should file for divorce from her unfaithful husband. For he is a dog.
Men should be leaders, and not users. Unfaithfulness is a justification for divorce. I mean are these people dogs, without any moral compass?
Call it what ya want....,but when Super Duper closeness supercedes, moral direction and familial leadership, then all is lost. Everyone in the family should be offended by these actions, and moreso, than just hers alone.
Where are the men in the family? Where are he Real Men, not the peckerwoods?

You would be wise to call ICE about your cousin. Failure to do so could put you into a danger condition. Have you ever heard of the charge Misprison of a felony?
MISPRISION OF FELONY - Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the U.S., conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the U.S. 18 USC
Misprision of felony, is the like concealment of felony, without giving any degree of maintenance to the felon for if any aid be given him, the party becomes an accessory after the fact.
Anyone in your family who conceals the felony that your cousin is committing and has committed is arrestable for misprison of a felony.
Your family members may also be arrestable for harboring an illegal alien. It is a violation of law for any person to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection in any place, including any building or means of transportation, any alien who is in the United States in violation of law. Harboring means any conduct that tends to substantially facilitate an alien to remain in the U.S. illegally.

Honey, the first thing I would do would be to get as far away from all of those people as quickly as I could. You are in an unhealthy environment. No matter how "close" you think your family is, you are in an extremely dangerous and volatile living situation. You need to get out. If you are too young to be on your own, seek assistance from social services.
I wish you the best.

Yours does sound like a close family - all sleeping together, and don't care about each other's feelings.....I'd call the police on her, thats more effective than calling immigration. But I doubt she will stay clean and out of trouble long enough for you to worry about it.

I would call ICE on her. Why do people think they have the right to be in the United States, especially after committing a crime and being deported?

honestly i would report her..... i know it's mean.... well any ways if you don't want to..... just tell her straight out what you feel .... make her feel like crap... so she can stop.... like me i had a cousin who was such a whore.... she would have sex with anyone... guys would just call her for that..... no joke... she would have sex with one guy and after she was done the next guy would go in the room.... she even had sex in my friends car... how rude.... he was reading a book up infront... and she was in the back seat with his friend... he thought they where making out until he turned around...... but yeah.... so after that i started telling my cousin.... that i did not approve of her behaviour.... she wasn't being very lady like... but she sure was acting like a whore...... when i said that she just ignored me.... so i was like okay then F.U.C.K U.... so then i started rubbing it in her face how much of a whore she was... like when i would see her i would say..... "Look there's my favourite whore!!!" i would tell her that every time i saw her.... even at my family parties..... soon the other cousins started saying that to her and my aunts.... and her friends... which are my friends who i happen to introduced her to.... well any ways after that it really started to get to her.... so eventually she stopped.... the sleeping around..... and now she has found balance in her life... and has a great boyfriend who she is engaged to......

What baffles me about this whole situation is that your family seems to be perfectly okay with this. They are the ones who are "perdidos",not you.Oh yeah, and call the USCIS.You could do it anonymously if you don't want to cause a family feud.
