I was thinking of starting a podcast about BS products that in no way work like they do in the commercial.

My father raised me on the fact that everything is a scam, and I intend to prove that.

So If I use a product and It dose not give me the results it promises.

Ex.
5-Hour Energy

Chaser tablets

Extenze

That Belt that you strap on and it magically burns fat while you sit on your ***

Now if something works I will say it works and recommend it, but if it dosen't I was thinking of a catch-phrase like

"It didn't work for me"

Its not Slander if its true, so legally I'm in the clear right?

You have a right to opinion, especially about products. Slander applies to persons. The problem I see with your plan is that unless you go to considerable effort, it is just more "I don't like this stuff" and your (and your father's) attitude that is is all a scam certainly doesn't help your credibility.
If you are willing to have several people try it and make sure they follow the directions, etc., then you might provide a service. When TV stations do "Deal or Dud", they usually get 3 or 4 people to try it, but then the results are distorted when one says "I used it one day and thought it was messy and so stopped" for a product that is obviously messy because you are supposed to slather it on and wipe it off.

It didn't work for me, is very good. Also "I don't think it will work for anyone" is ok. Anything you say is ok really as long as your honest about what you are saying. Anything you can put "I think" should pretty much clear you because there isn't anyone that in court can argue that they know what you think better then you.

Truth is an absolute defense to defamation (libel or slander).

The truth is always a defense against slander. "it didn't work for me" is not slander. Saying they are theives would be.

It is not slander you should be worried about. You need to consider if it is libel.
