I am talking about polls from Gallup, USA Today, CNN, etc.

I see some people say that these polls are not reliable or biased....

I would have thought the poll would give a reasonable prediction of the election outcome if the election were held that day?!

The word "addict" is something that libs like to throw at Bush.. Where are the facts to support this? What makes him an "addict" and Obama an "experimenter"? Sounds like sour grapes to me. Is lputting down the President without real factual support the best they can do?

I am in Air Force ROTC and I have several friends and relatives who are or have been enlisted. Do I technically outrank them because I'm in an officer course, or do they still outrank me because I'm not "in" yet?

Regardless of the fact as to whether or not the invasion of Iraq was justified, or whether operational mistakes have been made, do you find hope in the fact that the violence in Iraq is easing up? Are we starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel?

I live in Massachusetts.

When I was 15 I stole someone's credit card number and tried to buy a dvd online. Needless to say i was caught and now it's on my juvinile record. Credit card fraud! It sounds so bad I can barely say it out loud. It's my only flaw on my recocrd. Nothing else but this. No criminal record. My record is not sealed. I'm 20 and in college for criminal justice. Is all hope lost for getting a job in this field? Will government agencies look at this and not accept me? Should i just quit now? This has been bothering me for so long and I feel so hopeless. Can someone shed light on this? Can someone with the knoledge tell me if this will disqualify me from getting a job as a police officer (for example)?

Working in the criminal justice field is my dream and i want to follow my dream. I know it's credit card fraud but doesn't the fact that it's juvinile make any difference? I was 15 years old! Do I have a chance? With a BS from Northeastern??

Respectfully,
Mike

Ok so there are a lot of people out there who are against abortion, which is understandle. It all depends on your veiws of the life forming inside the womb and a womans right to choose. So I was thinking, when an unexpected pregnancy comes about and the woman wants to keep the baby but the man wants her to abort it, should he still have to pay child support and whatnot. If the male really did not want anything to do with the pregnancy and the baby, why should he pay.

Please don't jump all over me for asking this. I was just pondering it, and would like to know what other people think.

How could Hillary not be in the lead but all of a sudden NOW shes got a huge lead in Iowa. The media hates Bush and I think weve all been hoodwinked by their ablility to lead the sheep. Hate Republicans and love Dems. I can't believe were as crooked as Iraq, Iran, sria, etc.

I was reading the news on the Internet today and it appears that rapper Yung Joc decided NOT to make a court appearance on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon, thus making him a fugitive of the law.

Why do these people try to evade the law? Why can't they own up to what they do and take their punishment? It's stupid!

I was intially pulled over for loosing traction, a city oridence 10.2y,110. a Misdemeanor fine only.

After i was ulled over i was digging throught my center console looking for my insurance card. I did not have it. He pulled me over and said that since i did not pull over emidiatly [it was unsafe, no sholder, pulled into the first residential area possible] and that i was looking through my centerconsle that i was probably stashing drugs. He then noted that since i do not have my insurance card that he has cause to search my car,..

is this true? Should i make a complaint?

There was nothing found. I did not give concent to a search.
