I am going to child support court, the father wants to reduce child support payment from the guidelines of the state of N.C. of course he does not want to pay the whole payment. What does a judge like to hear from the mother to get the full amount? I want to be impressive.

You should be able to explain how the children will be hurt by a reduction of support. Additionally, I would look at the law and determine what conditions need to be met in order for him to depart from the support standards and be able to discuss those conditions.
