The word "addict" is something that libs like to throw at Bush.. Where are the facts to support this? What makes him an "addict" and Obama an "experimenter"? Sounds like sour grapes to me. Is lputting down the President without real factual support the best they can do?

How true ! The liberals will accept any excuse or lie as the "gospel" when given by one their own to cover their rears`! You know, kinda` like " I never inhaled " , and " I never had sex with that woman , Miss Lewinsky" ! The Liberals even accept the "notion" that the definition of the word " IS " has two meanings as claimed by their Liar in Chief !!

Hello.! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.

There is nothing, at least no clear evidence of any type of addiction of either man.

President GW Bush admitted freely of a prior drinking problem and how he had solved it through, the love of his wife and through his faith.

Senator Obama was threatened by Hillary to expose him. And rather than cow down to her assaults, Obama also freely admitted that he had experimented and told others that it was a mistake, and the wrong thing to do!

Sometimes, I feel there are some that relish the negative things about a persons past, but will not appreciate all the positives. Some will never let a person live down a mistake.

I believe that if you live in a glass house, you should not throw stones.

While I've never heard Bush describe himself as an addict, he freely admits he was a boozer in his younger life. He's a pretty honest fellow. I imagine if you asked him if he was addicted, he'd probably admit he was.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe Bush has stated he had a problem with alcohol and that he longer drinks it.

As far as other drugs go, to my knowledge no politicians are using them, and that's fine. Experimentation with them is, I think, to be expected, especially around the college years, and I would question someone that never tried them :) How can you have an opinion on something you've never tried?

President Bush is an alcoholic who has been 'clean and sober' for over two decades.

Apparently, people hold this against him and tolerate Senator Kennedy.

they cannot provide any evidence..Bush made the move himself to stop drinking.

.the drug allegations came in a book written by somebody that was guilty of attempted murder..and refuted by the Publishers

and like the Rather initiative proven to be false political methods of personal destruction the Democrats have to use..
since they cannot offer an agenda that serves anyone but themselves

He was a alcoholic and he got over it. Case closed. Libs like to use it so say he was a rebel even in his youth. I wonder what **** we could dig up on some liberal politicians.

obviously you are not acquainted with cocaine, Obama experimented with it because he was poor. If he had the resources like Bush's money there would have been a whole lot more blow. And as Chef used to say about drugs "there's a time and place for everything children, and that place is college". After attending both Harvard and Yale it's a amazing he has a nose at all. and don't forget, GWB admitted it when he was cornered on the issue.
