Difficult to answer this, at the end of the day if you believed that she wanted you to stop then you should have.

However emotions during sex can vary from women to women, some women shout aloud when they orgasm, some cry and some believe it or not will laugh.

I used to go out with a girl that would cry during orgasm but she warned me prior to having sex for the first time to expect it, however i would be able to tell between her discomfort and joy.

If she said or indicated to you to stop then you should then and there.

But have thought you may want to ask her about it, you may find it is normal for her to cry during sex as that is how she responds or she may have been in some pain but did not want to stop for your sake/satisfaction?

If she made a complaint of rape on the basis you should have stopped because she cried then i doubt anyone here can answer if that is clear enough withdrawl of consent from her as it would be up to the court to decide.

The person committing the act starts to sob and weep then it is not illegal for them to stop sobbing or weeping. If they want to cry they can continue. Some people might even get off on it.

Immediately stop!

Sex is supposed to be fun, but if that person is crying, clearly that expresses discomfort. Absolutely no logical reason in the universe to continue!

Stop and back away. It's a gray area to say if it is and isn't illegal but it'd be pretty stupid to continue. This person has mental issues and you don't want to provoke or send the wrong message, so let them be. Or else you're gonna find yourself in handcuffs and a nasty lawsuit.

You should stop. People have the right to change their mind at anytime. They might be willing one min but in the next they are asking their selves why. And decide not to go any further. you should respect someone mind and body not just for the simple pleasure in life.

English is not your first language, is it? And yeah, unless you have some sort of previous agreement that she would try and resist, I would say crying is a pretty good indication that she doesn't want to keep going.

firstly you should stop right away as this could lead
to a call for rape if you do not stop apart from the fact you may be hurting the other person there is all ways another time

you need to step back from the sex . be gentle, be a friend. talk it through. perhaps she felt that she'd betrayed some one and the emotion just over took her. could be quite a few reasons. but your having sex with the girl. its not all humping you know. give her some support.
