With all the money we are spending on this conflict could'nt we spend it better and still keep you happy? Develop a real missle defense. It would add jobs and have the money kept here. Also keep contractors thier fat contracts. Secure our borders again money kept in house,,jobs provided. It would free up our resources to allow us to respond to natural disasters more effectively. Develop alternative energy so we would not need the oil, again jobs, money and technology. And while our troops are safe at home they would simply kill each other. See, win win for us.

A gunman in an Omaha shopping mall shot and killed 9 people today. Yet, Nebraska is a "will issue" state - a permissive stance towards issuing permits to carry concealed weapons.

Gun advocates always say that these types of permit laws stop violent crime. Whenever a shooting occurs in a place with restrictive gun control laws they say "If they allowed concealed weapons, this wouldn't have happened" (See Virginia Tech mass murder).

So, gun advocates, why didn't all those Nebraskans with concealed weapons stop this guy from murdering people?

All the info on foreign policy regarding Iraq and Iran, what they have or do not have according to security sources, how the war is going or what is not working well. Has the president been leveling with the US citizens and US Troops or just winging it as we go along with info he wants people to believe? What do you think and why?

I was wondering about the Florida law that says you must change the address on your driver's license within 10 days of moving. Well, I was wondering if this applies to students. I recently moved to attend college, and I am living off-campus in an apartment. Am I required to change my license address to my apartment address?

Two illegal immigrants with criminal convictions in Georgia have been arrested separately in southern Arizona after re-entering the United States. Both face deportation proceedings. The Border Patrol says Tucson sector agents arrested the two Monday. Tomas Reyes Lopez, apprehended near Sasabe southwest of Tucson, was deported in January after serving prison time for convictions in March 2001 of negligent homicide, failure to yield and driving without a license in Appling County, Ga.
Francisco Ortiz Falcon, caught near Amado, had been convicted of a "peeping Tom" felony and of writing bad checks in two other Georgia counties.
Both would be subject to prison if caught entering the U.S. again. http://www.tucsoncitizen.com/ss/border/70673.php

Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee thinks he should have your vote...

He rides a personal Jet to all of his conventions and debates that belongs to the owner of "The Lord's Ranch" in Warm Springs AK...

But the Ranch, which is funded through Medicaid is not actually doing anything nice for the sick and suffering but rather just draining your tax dollars for unknown purposes.

It seems, for example, impossible to find out how the Lord's Ranch went from receiving $140,000 a year to care for troubled youth to collecting $8.5 million in 2005. The operators of the Ranch simply refuse to let inspectors onto the premises.

i was out on saturday night at a nightclub in town and got into a fight with my boyfriends ex girlfriend. It was just outside the club and before i knew it police were involved and split us up. I was then handcuffed behind my back very tight by a female officer and put me in the police car.

on the way to the station i asked if she would loosen my cuffs a bit because they were digging into my wrist, so the officer in the back seat with me checked the cuffs and loosened them a bit, but they were still way too tight!

it wasnt until i got to the station the cuffs were taken off and i looked at my wrists which were red marked nd really sore, so the nurse checked them for any bone breaks etc, but luckily i was ok!

i showed my wrists to the officer who arrested me and she said.. she had them tight because my hand was thin and she didnt want me slipping out of them!

anyway, i didnt think i should have been handcuffed at all!

what do u think of this?!!

xx

Las night on Fox one caption read:
"NEW BOOK EXPLAINS WHY OBAMA IS NOT ELECTABLE"

Wouldn't ''alleges" be more fair and balanced than "why"?

If it were a diatribe against a republican woulnt the book be handled not as objective truth but as a tall tale?

What legal recourse can the Democratic National Committee take against this opinionated salnder haphazzardly posing as "news"?
