I now receive the magazines (have received 5), but Penthouse has assured me i will not be charged. I have the online email confirmation where the person (I know who it was) falsely used my name, ordered the magazine and had it billed and sent to my home address. Penthouse will not give me the IP address, and before I began receiving the magazines the local PD said it was not enough just ordering it online to make a case.

Does actually receiving the magazines now elevate the matter? Is this anything such as mail fraud?

It is well established that over 75% of our fighting forces are conservative. It is without challenge that we have a volunteer military. It is without challenge that some of us are simply too old to fight (in my case disabled). So, what type of mileage do they think they are getting?

Yet another violent shooting in another small town in the U.S.A. In Omaha I think. I wonder if an illegal who did the shooting?

Maybe he confused Omaha with Oklahoma?

These are too very elite groups, and do some of the most dangerous work out there.
But they do differnt types of missions?
Like what?
I thought they did the some of the same types of missions. Like direct action, gurrilla warfare, unconventional warfare, and reconnaissance.
Can someone explain.
thx

I think that it is a governments, any governments, place to protect their citizens and their property. This may be extended to guarding the individuals rights as spelled out by the government, in the USA this would be the Bill of Rights. And that is all they should do. They should not be concerned with what people "should" and "should not" do, but only bother in matters that directly impact citizen health, safety, property, and maybe rights. Such matters should be handled by social institutions, ideally the family.

This would lead to some very different laws, such as no legal penalty for prostitution or pornography. And it would also completly eliminate the possibility of some Orwellian distopia or theocracy.

What say you all?

Got the car 5 years ago from Welcome finance company the interest on it is sky high, we have been paying so much every month for 5 years ( the payment was reduced due to loss of my job) we had problems with the car, gear box broken, few other bits that are not working so we decided to get rid of it, we called them to ask them to take it back, they said i must write a letter with a reason, i wrote them a letter 6 weeks ago, explaining why we had to give the car back, they did not reply until two days ago they rang us, saying they have requested the RAC to come & assessment of the vehicle. the RAC came this morning & said the vehicle condition report comes up to £748.39 which we have to pay!! we rang the company told them we aint paying, they said they would get back to me, anyway the car was untaxed because i cancelled my insurance policy and told the welcome finance to take it away before the tax runs out 31st octoner 2007, now car is clamped today! we cant afford to pay to remove it

A corporately state controlled media
A renegade dictator vice president
A military that has become increasingly hostile towards 49% of the population
An impending economic upheaval
A widening gap between rich and poor..
A Policy of Torture
A Policy of Secret renditions (kidnapping)
A constant rhetoric about a manufactured foreign terrorist enemy ..
An isolation and scapegoating of a specific religious group...
etc,etc,etc..
The reality is we are very much like pre Stalin Russia, Pre Hitler Germany....
One more 9/11 false flag and we go full on military rule...
What is to stop this from happening?

who have no clue and keep desolately trying to find excuses to impeach the president, desperately trying to find an excuse to invent something to attack him with ? if they used all this energy on defeating the terrorists, would it not be a safer place ? does it sometimes get you asking yourself "why am I serving, so people can be so twisted" or do you think its good that people can so misuse their rights to free speech and blow it so badly ?

And why would you leave? I am so ready to leave! I want a simpler life and I have had enough of watching my country go from great to good, if that. Enough of the politicians, outsourcing, business favored over the American people, etc.

My sister was removed from my mothers home through a safety plan by the MCF. I am a student, I can't work due to my lack of availability now, I can't leave school in order to work as I would then be forced to start paying back student loans I can't afford.I should be receiving $400.00 a month from the ministry of finance for 'child in home of relative', but these forms only just got sent in after 2 months because the parents refused to sign the form. The mother is still receiving child support for the child I am caring for, yet she still has the gall to offer us money and then tell us she cant afford to help! That is what that money is for right? I realize she needs to keep the roof over her head but her and her spouse are obviously much better off than my boy friend and I, and even if they weren't it's HER responsibility. I will care for my sister regardless, but was hoping someone had advice, legal or otherwise, as to options. I probably don't have any but I'm just so frustrated.

Today a friend of mine was in court for a hearing in Pennsylvania, drove from Georgia to appear for the hearing, an 18 hour drive.
The judge called both attorneys into his chambers and when they came out they were laughing, the judge proceeded to postpone the hearing until February 12th, then laughed and said "Let's make it February 14th, Valentines day, maybe then the two love birds will kiss and make up."
The "two lovebirds" in question have been divorced for over 10 years and the ex wife has been remarried for several years. The hearing was regarding child support.
I fail to see anything funny with the way the judges/attorneys in Pennsylvania treat people from out of state, especially men that are in accordance with their child support.

*With him should he file a complaint?
*Has anyone every filed a complaint in Pennsylvania, if so, what, if anything, happened?

I'd like to hear what you have to say if you are the non custodial parent with the children living in PA.

Why dont they just put a ban on importation? Maybe not a complete ban, but ban everything that cannot be produced right here in the US.

It would force industries to stay in the US, creating more jobs etc., it would help end child labor and slave wages, wich is what so many industries use outside of US, and then sell there products in the US... With the technology available now a days, we could make the US completely self sufficient... Why dont we?
