Neither, and the only way to find out will never happen.

While both are considered elite, because of their various terrain training, which Delta Force does not undergo, Navy SEALs are considered the most advanced warriors in the world, comparable to the hoplites of Sparta in Ancient Greek.
And P.S: Technically Army Rangers are not special forces, while AF Commandos and Force Recon Marines are.

Neither is more elite than the next. AF Commandos are not Special Forces. Rangers are NOT special forces. There is only one Special Forces (AKA Green Berets but, not to us). Special Operations Command is over all of these and "delta" does not fall into these.

not a valid question dude. There is no hierarchy of special forces. Seals will say they are the best and rangers will say they are.

None of them , both are death squads and they are expendable, just look at Iraq how they polluted a Country until is broken to pieces, the Elite you mention is Death to the "enemy" and terror to Countries, like yours and mine.-
