I was wondering about the Florida law that says you must change the address on your driver's license within 10 days of moving. Well, I was wondering if this applies to students. I recently moved to attend college, and I am living off-campus in an apartment. Am I required to change my license address to my apartment address?

depends on whether you consider it your primary address or not. Many students retain their primary residence as their family's home until they graduate and move out on their own because they may change apartments or dorms often while in school.

If this is not you, and you consider your apartment as your primary residence, then yes, you do have to submit for change of address.
