#1) A customer returns to the counter stating that he was shorted ones taco on his order? What do you do?


#2) As a potential employee of del taco, which consider most important? Food Quality, Service, or cleanilness and why?

#3)While working at Del Taco you observe another employee take $20out of the cash drawer and put the money in his pocket. What do you do?

Now i know the right answers, I just dont know how to word the right.

#1 - Apologize for the inconvenience and give them a taco. It is cheaper to give away a taco then to drive away a customer.

#2 - All are important, however customer service is the most important because it is what customers remember most. Every taco place makes a decent taco.

#3 - Report the incident immediately to a supervisor or the manager.

The second #1 - Only you can answer that question.

1. Tell the customer, "I apologize for the mix up." And hand the customer the taco he was shorted.

2. Of the three qualities, Service would be the most important. A service conscious employee would be conscious of the food quality and the cleanliness.

3. Report the employee to the manager on duty at the time.

4. Personal general characteristics I possess that would be an asset to the position I am applying for would be excellent customer service, attention to detail, pride in my work, and the ability to learn quickly.

1...You apologize for the inconvience, give him another taco, and wish him a great day.
2...Service because it relates to all aspects and if you offer great service, people will keep coming back, even if the food is horrible.
3...You immediately go tell a manager. Theft is a crime and you don't want any part in crime.
1...The leadership skills, initiative, and determination that will be necessary to go above and beyond the expectations of the customers as well as coworkers.
