Yes... they should. Illegally interring the country is a crime. Two or more infractions should certainly be punishable by law, BEFORE deportation.

They should be caned and sent back. We should not bear the burden of them financially, but they should be punished. After that kid got caned in a foreign country several years ago, you can guarantee he will not re-offend.
Mitodo...Nobody is hunting anyone. That is the most hillarious claim I have heard in a long time. There is NO WAY that a human rights group would not be all over that one. Nice try, though. Now, most say that the illegals take only the low paying jobs, then they say that they pay taxes. Well, if the bottom 50% of wage earners in America do not pay taxes, how do these low wage earners pay taxes? Plus if they are paying taxes, they stole and ID to pay them (and get more back than they pay due to the earned income tax credit), plus they are probably driving (also illegally). They are breaking a LOT of our laws. Two things about the Iranians...1 they come here legally, and 2 they should not be given anything free, either. And I do not care who was here before. That was before we were a sovereign nation of laws. My legal immigrant in-laws do not care about that, and neither does my first American born in her Mexican family wife.

Boot them...I don't want my taxes going to pay for food and cable while these border jumpers stay at the Ritz Carlton...because that's what an Arizona State Prison is like compared to their mud huts in Mexico.
Of course GW Bush would gladly give them a driver's license even if they aren't allowed to be here.

I don't care how much it cost to house them These two guys did some serious crimes and now they are returning to do who knows what. Deport them they will only try again. How many lives or crimes does it take to punish illegals with serious crime records like these two.Deporting only accomplishes a set back sooner or later they will only return later on and we will end up jailing them anyway

It dosen't really matter because the ones being caught get shot like wild dogs. There are ppl in Texas who hunt mexicans as they come across the border!! Men women and children. I hear so much about tax payers but even illegal Mexicans pay taxes. The truth is not being showen on the news here but it is there. How about the Iranians who come here for 7 years tax free are handed land and a business license, Make their millions, go home and send over the next of kin to keep it goin. I'm not racist, and I don't discriminate but I think it should b equal rights 4 EVERYONE. Bt hte way Mexicans n native americans were here b4 any of us were signed american born and raised

My preliminary reaction is topersistent all of them domicile, yet that isn’t an answer the two, like it or no longer we choose immigrants. The question is, are we going to regulate the immigration technique or permit it administration us. it variety of feels very sparkling to me that the 1st ingredient we could desire to do is get administration of the border. which skill, making confident that no undocumented extraterrestrial beings go that border. Secondly, there could desire to be a application developed for employers in this u . s . who require distant places national workers, to get them legally. it may comprise hiring them of their domicile u . s . and commencing with the aid of a innovations-set of governmental tests. this could assure that they are paid realistically and are not used, that still will make it extra handy for electorate of this u . s . to compete for those self same jogs in the event that they so desire. alongside with this, employers who hire unlawful extraterrestrial beings could desire to get carry of heavy outcomes consisting of large fines or maybe penal complex time. of path this skill a technique the place an corporation can easily verify the legality of the worker applicant. With this technique must additionally be a removal of the practice of giving citizenship to those born in the USA to distant places national parents. people who desire to develop into individuals could desire to get in line at the back of people who're previous to them in the legal citizenship technique. No amnesty!

Do you have any idea how much it cost the tax payer to keep 1 person in jail?
$19,002 per year in Florida state now multiply that just by 100.

Yes, I think the one who was convicted of negligent homicide should be put in prison, then deported. Because of him, someone died. Put him in prison so during that time he can't harm another person.

No deport them. Our jails are crowded enough. By incarcerating them we still have to pay to feed them, put clothes on their backs and a roof over their heads. That's still money coming out of the tax payers pockets.
