The implementation of the REAL ID ACT( federal id system containing radio frequency identification chips similar to the new passport system) and the increased accessibility to information will cause outrage in this country.

After failing to pass in the house of reps. in early 2005, the REAL ID ACT bill was tacked onto the war on terror and tsunami relief legistlation. Because 100% of private income tax goes towards paying off our national debt of the federal reserve banking system, $82 Billion in subsidized taxation will be re-allocated in the form of $23.1 Billion over 10 years to pay for uncle sam's big weapon.

In 2009, if you live or work in the USA, you'll need this federally approved id card to travel by plane, boat, drive a car, open an account, collect social security, or benefit from any government service.

The authoritarian implications for this monstrous social reformation must be in the public scope now! Once people become aware of this reality, will they revolt?

Huckabee has reached 17% in the national polls, 2nd place overall, and is now winning Iowa. He is no longer the unknown candidate, he will soon face serious scrutiny, and will need to be strong to carry his (potential) win in Iowa further, due to the lack of organization.

My question is, what problems does he face as a candidate for the nomination?

I feel that the most defining challenge will be whether or not his evangelical followers will be a base to grow from, or a ceiling. Will he be able to format his strong values to appeal to more diverse people?

This is intended for serious debate among Huck supporters or intelligent contributors.

A firefighter who reported finding a knotted rope and a threatening note with a drawing of a noose in an East Baltimore station house last month had placed the items there himself, city officials said yesterday.

The man was suspended last week for performance-related issues and will likely face additional punishment, fire officials said. Sterling Clifford, a spokesman for the Police Department and for Mayor Sheila Dixon, said the man admitted to the hoax and will not face criminal charges.

This is a outrage. There are enough legitament racial problems in this country already. People like this make me absolutely sick. Remember the sudden appearances of nooses all over the country after the "Jena Six" case? How many of these were staged and how many of these were legit?

i was given some valuable, technically detailed information by beings from a distant galaxy on how to, 1.) develop clean, renewable, & powerful energy sources w/ out the need of a large supporting infrastructure and, 2.) produce clean, consumable water, regardless of how arid & uninhabitable the environment might be. my question is, how do i get the governments & nations of the world to listen & take me seriously on the implementation of this info? it seems these "beings" had taken an interest in our planet because it was once much like theirs (actually, worse - they showed me images) before they managed to save it. they want to help us do the same. any ideas? yeah, i know it all sounds crazy. question it all you want but, it is what it is. if you have no good ideas, please save the responses for those who do. thanks.

Also I have seemed to notice that recent aircraft carriers tend to be named after Republican presidents...Is there a reason ?...Is it because Repubs tend to support the military more?
Just curious ,,,if I am wrong please let me know.

2 questions, drop any duplicates, and have each candidate from both parties answer all the questions?
This would be so much better than having Dems sneaking their talking points in by way of a planted question or planted campaign worker?
Surely, the candidates know each others strengths and weaknesses and they should be able to ask better questions.

Oh wow, I am not surprised that there is another case involving a middle age man with a 14 year old but If you look at these guys, there are reasons why they have sex with underage girls. Grown women do not want to have sex with these guys because of lack of attraction (for the most part), but maybe if we make prostitution clean and legal that would decrease the amount of cases that involve sexual acts against underage girls. What do you think about that? I know it will not elimate the problem entirely, but maybe just maybe it will decrease the number of cases. I have a problem with people sometimes because it seems like they do not want to get to the root of the problem and prevent future sexual acts. Our emotions is what stirrs us up against these predators, but if we get them help BEFORE the act occurs we could be safer. Punishment alone will not prevent future attacks.

Seriously, what was the point of taking time to put on the helmets if they were going to kill themselves anyway? Why would the military spend the money on this protective gear for the Kamikaze when they were going to die anyway? It seems like a waste of money and time!
