Most K-1 visas take 6-12 months to process, from the first day the petition is filed until the day the visa is issued. A lot of that time depends on the workload of the USCIS Service Center and the embassy or consulate where the approved petition will be sent and the visa will be issued. It also depends on the speed with which the foreign fiance can gather the necessary documents and get through the medical exam.
