No. The right to abortion is secured with the US Supreme Court decision Roe v Wade, so no state may outlaw abortion. There are several states, however, that significantly limit it (see source).

This will come up before the Supreme Court in '08. There is a chance they will get rid of Roe vs. Wade. And if that happens, it goes back to the states. Several states have already passed laws making abortion illegal, that will go into effect if that does come to pass...
