2 questions, drop any duplicates, and have each candidate from both parties answer all the questions?
This would be so much better than having Dems sneaking their talking points in by way of a planted question or planted campaign worker?
Surely, the candidates know each others strengths and weaknesses and they should be able to ask better questions.

HOWDY!!! plezurgui,

I think you are right on this one. Too bad we can't go back to the OLD DAYS when they held the convention and and it was held on the only 3 networks at that time. It went on all day and seemed like all night for I don't remember how long. It was a long time for me since I was just a kid. Lets go back to the old ballet system. The if they are illegal Allie they will have a harder time voting. Maybe reg. folks could vote with out too many mistakes. I know it would take longer to get the results but that is part of the problem People push buttons and do not pay attention to what they are doing. Just a thought. I think that I would enjoy listing now.

I took a look at the other net and I was not to easy about it after reading about because they have adds for things. I know they have to get money but here is what happened to me back in 2006; This place said I had just won a lap top and I picked an hp. After it was too late to know that I had been suckered into adds. cramming my site. I sent a lot of spams but the adds still kept coming. I decided to stop all mail going to my Bulk Box. P.T. Barnum was right "...there is a sucker born every minute..." Thanks for the info.
So Long for Now. I still have not seen the laptop and never will; lesson well learned. I have one flashing on the top of my pc and I checked it out to see if "...You have won a lap top..." I saw what I what I saw before so I just backed away from it. They were not going to get me this time.

STAY SAFE!!!

Much better than letting the other party set em up on cNN. You could do that, then have a pool of 10 questions that they all know in advance, like the democrats do. Then as a surprise question have something on jewelry or hunting or something like that. IN athis way the party elect would have a chance to address stuff they think is pressing for the country. Instead of the Bible question and then hit Mitt up with that. Like asking Obama about the pin deal. Save Ameria don't vote for the commie.

I believe that the current debate forum for primary candidates is of little value, and your suggestion has some merit. Each candidate does not sufficient time to currently do much more than use script answers that often does not even answer the question.
In the General Election, I support the concept offered up by "American Solutions"--each candidate will have three position debates lasting three hours each. We need to know what they will actually support in legislation and how they will administer their duties.

in no way concept-approximately that, yet you're completely proper! although, a brilliant element to evaluate: who could be picking the "reasonable" eventualities? a minimum of with the debates customary human beings get to ask questions (on party), yet whilst that's merely Sean Hannity {hate to be biased, yet you may likely tell i'm a staunch Democrat} and invoice O'Reilly determining on the eventualities there would not be plenty factor.

It sounds like a fair way to do things. Great idea, but how do you get them to follow your suggestion? That's politics for ya!

Or having them in Jeopardy scenario, would be the best.
