to my understanding, plea bargaining is when you agree to plea guilty to a lesser charge than you are charged with. if this is true, two different people who committed the exact same crime under the exact same circumstances can have different punishments. how is that fair. pretend there is someone who committed murder. the person is being charged with murder and is guilty but this is before the case so he is innocent until proven guilty. he makes a plea bargain and gets less of a punishment than he deserves based on the crime he committed. that also isn't fair. another thing is that if someone agrees to a plea bargain, they obviously are guilty of what they are being charged for, are not confident that they will win the case(which can be b/c of a bad lawyer which goes into my other questionhttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AspJiSovQaF61j6__2Z4kWjsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071202192852AAVgcR5) and want to get the least punishment possible.

I mean we did in a way, but all the insider trading lead back to Fortune 500 companies and ex CIA man Buzzy Krongard. By the way Buzzy Krongard said we should let Bin Laden stay free.

if you are confronted by an angry person, whom which you do not know for example( a crazy protester) and they start getting offensive and you feel threatened, is it every okay to attack them if you feel threatened.? what is the law regarding issues such as this one. Another example that i can relate to is i was once confronted by a bum at a carwash place, i refused to give him money because he is always begging and using the same lousy line. when i refused he raised his voice and began to approach me. i got in my car and left with soap still on it. If i had staid and fought the man would i face any reprocussions for doing so since i felt as though i was in danger? can someone clear up this grey area for me, i know it is okay to defend yourself, but what about situations like these?

In the Youtube debates a questioner pointed out that "past presidents" nearly bankrupted the social security trust fund and he asked the candidates what they'd do to fix it. Romney's response was to "return to the policies of Ronald Reagan", but it was Reagan who spent the money in the trust fund! Is Romney just desperate and pandering for votes?

Thomas Jefferson believed in all of the above. Progressive estate taxes, public schools, and "subdividing property."

However, whenever I bring him up as a liberal, cons will say no, he's a "classical liberal", aka liberterian.

Nobody who answerd my question agreed with that. They said that person would be a modern liberal, beyond that, or even a socialist.

I want to leave my cat, Kitty, to a relative in a Will that I am only writing for myself, and not with an attorney, because I am only 34 years old with no health problems and not in any desperate need for a Will. If I should be killed in an automobile accident or something of that nature, how do I add that bequeath to my Will? I also do not want my cat to be taken to a shelter of any sort by those I leave him to or be put down because they decide they do not want him. Please do not ask me to consult an attorney, because if I wanted to ask an attorney, I would.

Clinton and Obamma do not have a chance. Edwards, maybe.

But we seem to ignore Biden, Richardson and those with a broad appeal.

I wonder alot on how Ron Paul is going to implement his plan? How is he going to make it affordable for poor people to buy gold? Gold is like 800.00 you know. Can you imagine a poor person trying to buy Gold just to buy bread? What about giving out change at your local circle k store? Do you think they are going give you change for an 800.00 dollar gold bar even if a poor person could afford it. Explain on how this is going to happen? How come Ron Paul does not go into the nitty details?

How are we going to go back to the Gold Standard?
I have been considering on how it would actually work out if Ron Paul did become president. How are poor people going to buy Gold? How are stores going to get charge us? How are we going to do this without going through the chaos? How are clerks going to give us change for an 800.00 dollar gold bar? I would really like Ron Paul to explain this. How is he going to implement this plan?

This very question may be considered threatenting because it contains the words President, non-threatening, and criminal in one sentence, but it is merely a question asking about law. No federal alarms should sound! If they do, paranoia in this country is at an extreme level!

Should it be added that on top of being born in the USA and over the age of 35 and all that other stuff that no one can become president if their family has ever held office? Of course it would be more detailed, like 2 generations prior or any family closer in relation than a cousin, spouse, aunt, uncle, siblings, parents and grandparents.
Would this help prevent us from having Bushes and Clintons in the white house forever?
