*I have no plans of overthrowing the government... Just starting some discussion on the 2nd amendment.

If that is your interpretation of the 2nd amendment "you" do not know how to interpret the written word.
According to US Code all males 17 - 45 that are not members of the active Federal Forces or Organized State Militia (Army Guard or Air Guard) are members of the Unorganized Militia.
The answer is you cannot start something you are either a member of or not qualified to be a member of AND they do not allow competition!!

nothing really is stopping you BUT if you form one and try to overthrow the geovernment you will be going agaisnt the whole US military.
