They could give George Bsh and Tony Blair a run for their money!
First theysentence the poor teacher to 15 days in jail so as not to loose face.
Then they pay people to demonstrate and call for her to be stoned to death, so that the look good and moderate in their sentencing!
I think that is pretty impressive deflection don't you?

With all the possible candidates running for President, it's hard to decide which one would agree with the issues you find most important.
This short quiz might help.

Look at the signers of the PNAC doctrine, It's all Bush family members and friends.

The PNAC doctrine calls for a one party majority no different than Hitler's "Master Race" or the KKK's "White Supremacy"

Mental sickness is mental sickness by any name.

This is similar to my other question I asked an hour ago. It is somewhat different, however.

Here are the facts of my situation:
1. I haven't been able to find work

2. I have no bank account (no savings/checking)

3. I live at home with my parents at the moment (sadly)

4. I don't own a car due to #: 1 & 2 above

5. I don't own any real estate. In fact, the only thing I really own are books, computer, printer, clothes, TV, and a radio.

These are the facts concerning the Sallie Mae loan:

6. The loan was for under 7,000.00 and was for college

7. I had a cosigner who agreed to cosign the loan.

8. The cosigner is now unreachable and the only income she receives now is SSI and VA (vetrans assistance)

9. The loan defaulted and my credit report says it was "charged off" (huh? what does that mean?)

11. An attorney now wants to sue me.

What is the worst that can happen to me given my aforementioned situation?

What would you do and how would you feel? Bear in mind that the person did not ask, they just got in front of you. You are mindful enough to question them about their behavior and they tell you that they need to check out and that they were taking care of their needs. Simple as that. Would you let them stay in front of you or would you complain and have them removed from their position in the line?

It should now be obvious to everyone that the right way to respond to 9/11 should have been with more peace, not more war.

My son is 3 year old, and the father and I were never married. He has my maiden name, his father isn't on the birth certificate, and never set up and visitiation/custody arrangements through the court. He does pay child support, and does see my son regularly.

I notified my sons father that we were moving to South Korea about 2 days after the flight was booked (told him Nov. 18th, flight is for Dec. 6th) He's now taking me to court, and the pre-trial is December 4th. He's trying to get full custody and a restraining order (I assume so that I can't take my son).

What are the odds that my lawyer and I will win this case? Do you think I'll be able to go on my scheduled date? Please, serious answers only, and don't "guess".

We reside in the state of Ohio, and my husband and I have a daughter together (don't know if any of that makes a difference)

Ok I am asking this question for a close friend of mine and to clear my head some. My good friend who choose me as his childs godfather just lost his son tonight thanks to CPS.
Basically here is what happened someone called CPS and claimed that my friend and his wife were not taking care of thier child properly and he was developementally behind. Cps gets involved and says everything is fine they just need to investigate. They told him and his wife that they have no intention of taking the child. They did ask him and her to take some classes and asked them to voluntarily have a home assist for a couple of months. They did everything that was asked of them and complied. My friends wife was put in the hospital during this time with a tumor on her spine. She was in the hospital for 3 months and just came home today. That is when the sheriff's show up at his door with a court order forcing them to give up the child.
Why can they ruin a family like this. when there are real abuse cases?

I purchased a hot air balloon ride for my wife and I for her anniversary and we have never been able to use it. We have gone mulitple times to 'fly' but each time the company cancelled on us. I have lost time from work for this and I am tired of dealing with them. I know I will never get to fly and I am upset and don't want to go with these people.

Can anyone let me know if there is a consumer protection policy in the state of washington that will allow me to get a refund. We were never told that we could not get a refund in the beggining and they have no such policy on thier website but they now claim that they do not have to give us any refund.

What action can I take to resolve this? Is there any law that protects me in the State of Washington?

I dress proffesionally, my hair was nice, everything was perfect, when I enter the interview room, at first they were smiling, but after seeing me, then frowned a bit, which made me really nervous, I was kind of shy a bit, but I don't think it was the reason, at the end of the interview, they wrote something in the paper, and mention that I could leave, I was about to shake their hands, but they were so busy writing, that I just left , Is it because I didn't shake their hands?

I drive for local towing and roadside assistance co. one day the boss was off, I was alone til a co-worker arrived. it was slow so she ended up sitting at office while I handled calls. She decided to drive home and back in a tow truck and got into accident. report was made. next day she came to work but ended up quitting before boss finds out. ins. contacts boss. boss furious but employee is no longer there. he turns to me and says "Your fired until you go bring her here and she straightens mess out!" I'm not management but I did as told. He still fired me as he was'nt happy with outcome. He kept my deposit of $600 that was to be refunded unless I damage something. He said to get it from her cause he is using mine so she owes me. he told her that it was her fault I am fired to make her feel guilty. I'm going to do something about this! any advice is appreciated.
