I am wondering if that is what my mother is. You see she works 40 hours a week in a low paying job. Then Saturday and Sunday she works cleaning business in the afternoons. So she works 7 days a week. She is in need of Health Insurance. She was born with a leaking heart valve, and had ovarian cancer over 30 years ago. Because of this she can not find affordable health insurance. She pays close to $800.0 a month for major medical coverage. It does not pay for any thing until she has over $10,000 in bills for that year Because of this I have to help her with her other living expense.

She does not smoke, she does not drink, and she has never done a drug in her life. She does not get any kind of assistance. She lives well with in her means.

Universal health care would be a wonderful thing to help her out. But I guess she is one of those dirty lazy people that should not be helped.

Perhaps it is time to get out of the UN and give the tax savings back to the American workers who are having to skimp and sacrifice to pay the taxes (and gasoline).

Pass this along to every taxpaying citizen you know. And send to your congressman, who should be disgraced but couldn't care less.

Disgusting isn't it?

Now they want to implement these plans if they get elected as president. Why haven't they already introduced these plans into congress, they have both been there, how long?

To make a long story short, My husband and I were purchasing a new suv, and my husbands brother was our co-signer. We decided to refinance our home to pay off the balance of vehicle which was $22,000. We paid it completely off, before we got a chance to take my husbands brother of the title as co-signer, my husband suddenly passed away. At the time of death, the suv was at his fathers house, I asked to have the vehicle back which was the family car and I have 4 kids and really needed it for them. The father in law refused to give me the suv. I need to know if this is legal, I understand my name wasn't on the pink slip, but I was under the impression that since we were married and we live in California, I was intitled to my own car! I have asked the father in law for the sake of his grandchildren, to please return the car, which is locked in his yard! Do I have any legal standing? I really can't afford a lawyer, but we refinanced to pay that car off and I have no use of it!
Thank you

My mom works at a nonprofit organization, and it's really tiny. As in 10 people tiny. The current president is stepping down in January to retire, and the accountant (if you would call her that) is BY THEORY quitting in December.

Both have been suspected of stealing from the company, but that's beside the point.

Basically my mom and the accountant (we'll call her Sheila) have been at odds with each other since Sheila wouldn't do her work, couldn't account for a LOT of money, and took 4 hour work days when she's working full time.

My mom went to her today and told her that life is too short to be angry. Truce.

Shiela went home for lunch and took 3 hours to get her hair done. Shiela's best friend came to my mom while she was working (manning the phones while everyone was at lunch) and threatened her. She told her that God will show her what goes around comes around and to not be surprised if she gets stabbed in the back. There was more to it.

What should she do?

How does one justify that one of the wealthiest nations in the world (The U.S.) can't find a way to ensure that everyone who's willing to put in their share and work full time is able to have access to affordable health care for themselves and their dependents? Are there really conservatives who feel this is acceptable?

Do you need parental consent, or special circumstances, or can you just move, or live with a friend, or what?

PLEASE no BS responses. This is important to me.

What is the earliest record of Pipes being used in a battle and a clue here it was not the scots !

http://news.independent.co.uk/uk/this_britain/article3209883.ece
Author and former Green Jacket Andy McNab remains a lifelong admirer of the pipes. "As a young soldier, I often heard the stories of Scottish infantrymen who became so pumped up on adrenaline after hearing the sounds of their pipes and drums during an attack, they wouldn't actually realise they were dead for 20 yards after they had been shot," he said, paying tribute to the guardsmen who he said march with "a pipe in one hand a rifle in the other.".

I’m tired of all these pre stone age apeish politicians in congress telling us that we don’t have a right to bear arms! I’m sick of tree hugging numbskulls in schools telling me that ‘guns are dangerous’ and we shouldn’t use them!

I mean, what the hell am I going to do if I find a german kid in my sisters room raping her? ((lol))

What exactly am I going to do?

Am I going to ask him to stop?

Am I going to give up and leave the room?

I mean, why do they expect me to do about it if I can't bear arms like Second Ammendment mentality in the back of my mind tells me to?

In MY opinion, there is only one way to stop evil like that in our society, and it starts with a gun bullet and ends with their skull, lots of blood splattered in between.

That's strange too, because usually I try not to be a very violent person.

________

And now for the point:

What do you guys think about all that 'changing the Second Ammendment?'
