Any program that gives benefits to Illegal aliens or even the same, over hardworking Americans citizens is just plain stupid and truly un-American. It's like rewarding law breakers and penalizing Americans citizens. No more double talk or "Hillary" clitonain speak.
You are either for Americans citizens or you not it is that simple. So what is it going to be....

A crime has been committed.

A life has been taken.

The name, address and personal information are known by police.

However, this person shall never go to trial or jail.

Question: Why?

My workload has increased dramatically since I was first hired for my job, but there's been no increase in the size of my paycheck. If (in my opinion) I have just cause for a payraise, and quit if I don't get it, is there a chance that I could still collect unemployment?

I also have perfect attendance for the entire year-and-a-half that I've been on this job; for this my employer has given me quarterly bonuses to the tune of about $50 (whoop-dee-doo).

Ironically, I used to work for the unemployment insurance bureau in my state (Texas) though I was never a claims adjuster; I was only a data-entry clerk. All I know for sure is that quitting doesn't give you blanket disqualification from unemployment bennies; it all depends on the circumstances I suppose.

After all, the unemployment office can't penalize me for being ambitious, can they?

I'm a senior in high school, I did a program last year and got around 15 credits towards an associates degree for criminal justice. I've always wanted to go to the Marines for at least 4 years, maybe longer depending how it went and if I liked it or not, and then coming out and being a police officer.

Would it be a better idea to finish my degree, I'll do that either way, and become a Police Officer and go reserves in the Marines or enlist in the Marines and become a Police Officer if I ever get out? Why?

well im making a book review about Tuesdays with Morrie
(its a school project)

ive seen alot of reviews online
is it already plagarism when i just copy it and just change the words/lines in it?

like for example: (from the internet)
For Mitch Albom, that person was Morrie Schwartz, his college professor from nearly twenty years ago.

(my version)
for the author mitch, that person is his prof. Morrie, his menthor for almost 2 decades ago.

is this already plagarism????

I did a presentation about pre-employment drug testing and how it should be abolished at school, and I got a lot of scrutiny. I used the the following premises in my argument.
1.) Not everyone who uses drugs is a hazardous/costly/unproductive worker
2.) Not everyone who doesnt use drugs is a good/beneficial/ hard working worker.
3.) Therefore, drug use should not be a sole determinant.

Then I stated cases in which failing a drug test in some companies can get you immediately rejected from potential employment. I then concluded with the idea of evaluating on performance(and in the case of pre-employment, past performance; i.e. past employers, GPA, etc.) to determine qualification for employment.

A fellow peer commented on whether or not drug users are likely to be worse workers than non drug users. I made the rebuttal that that statement was a stereotype, and may have some truth to it, but it should not be used to conclude that all drug users make bad employees.

Thoughts?

something to prevent kids and theives from pulling the trigger? Like everything else that's changed in this world, it could be incorporated over many years and we wouldn't even remember how it used to be 10-20 years from now. Pro or con and why?

I got a 119 on my DLAB which means I'll be placed in the most difficult languages at DLI, and will probably learn Arabic.
Which also probably means I'll be going to the middle east.

Without revealing any classified information, can you tell me what life would be like, should I end up in Iraq? Will I be kicking down doors and interrogating people nonstop, or will I be listening to radios/intereference/etc in a desert tent?

I'm not really scared. Hell, I could get hit by a bus tomorrow and die, but I'd rather prevent that from happening for as long as possible. I'm just trying to gauge what I might be experiencing so I can mentally prepare myself before I ship out.

Thanks...

Employment of an alien is illegal. Being employed is not illegal (though the person may be deportable). Is there a statute against self-employment? I don't see one. Can someone give me a statute if it is.

Someone asked the question "who is the most intelligent candidate" and I saw an answer before mine: "none..... you should have asked who's the stupidest?". Well it made me laugh so hard that now here I am asking it for him.

So tell me, who's the biggest moron of them all? And if you're not going to back your answer up, at least make it funny. A simple answer like "Hillary" or "Romney's a Mormon" means you're just as stupid as the people voting for whoever you call out.

I am a regular employee that pays all of my taxes...ALL of 'em.
I have a boss.
He finds the jobs.
He bids the jobs.
He makes the calls on how to build stuff (I am a marine carpenter).
He pays me, and has done so steadily for two years.
I have to have liability insurance.
If I get injured, I think I'm screwed...I have no personal insurance.
How good of a deal is he getting by paying me as an independent contractor?
And again, is this legal?

My friend got her boyfriend out on bond, using a payment plan with the bondsman. She agreed to pay $250 every two weeks. She said $2000. She still owes $500. Her boyfriend's charges were dropped now she says she is not paying since it is over. What could the bondsman do to her? She didn't put up any collateral.

What if the Illuminate and all that stuff is true...what if they really are going for a one world government?

Have you ever thought about that?

If you don't believe things like that have you ever done any sort of research or did you just take the governments word?

(I am not stating what I think...or don't think...honestly I don't think that I know enough to make an informed decision, but I can tell you that I wouldn't put it past them. Snakes in the grass they are)
