The word "everyone" means every person; everybody. If everyone deserved a better life, would that include rich people who already have it pretty good? Does a millionaire deserve more money? Probably, if he earns it, right?
Does someone like Saddam Hussien deserve a better life? If he was alive, would he deserve a better life than he had in his cell while he awaited execution? Maybe more candy or better coffee?
If you're using this question in an immigration sense, I'm sure we all want illegal aliens and potential illegal aliens to have a better life. Most of us feel that their better life should be outside the U.S.

Outside of murderers and criminals getting what they deserve... Other countries, for the most part take care of their own. France, the French first. Canada it's the Canadians first. Australia, it's the Ozzies first. As it should be.
But here in America, and her neighbor south of the border, Mexico, that doesn't seem to be the case now does it!

NO! Those who deserve a better life are those who TRY to help themselves in the first place. The turd bags who take advantage of the system and who won't get off their sorry behinds to work dont "deserve" anything.

Everyone deserves a better life within the legal definition of it. What I mean is that anyone and everyone has the right to the "American Dream" just so long as it is done legally.

No not criminals. Those who are willing to work hard, obey the laws and contribute to society do. The rest can get back on the boat, train, plane or whatever and go back from where they came.

A better life is earned, not a right, and certainly should not be extended to those here illegally.

Why do you ask the same questions and lie about being born in the USA? Do you really need people's approval that much!
How sad.
