Actually, I'd have to say Henry Kissinger is the worst as he's been responsible for several wars. He counseled Bush about Iraq, enough said. The real life Dr. Strangelove.

Actually I think Rice is outstanding regarding the current world situation.
I would love to see her team up with Allan Keyes and become the next POTUS and VeeP.
Would be awesome to have what the Dems have been big on this election to occur simultaneously with President and Vice President.... Only with Conservative Republicans actually pulling it off.
