Put it in writing. No one will believe you made phone calls. You must write a letter, send it certified to her. If you get no response, take your copy of the letter to her superior and get some action.
She may be busy, she may be ignoring you, she may not care. It doesn't matter. Look beyond her and do what you need to do, but always DOCUMENT everything. Keep copies and keep a file. Protect yourself because no one else will. This is your life and don't become a victim where people don't respect you. You are trying to get ahead, so be your own strength.
Write a letter today, saying the times you have called, don't be rude, just state facts. Say something like. "I'm not sure if the calls are coming to you, or if the machine is spitting them out, but I need to make an appointment. Please call me at...... If you are unable to help me, please advise to whom I can go for further help." Something to that effect, with no slamming her, etc. Be nice, but not gushy. NEVER be rude, even if this is all frustrating.
Good luck. Remember, always write to people, and always keep copies.

Document every call. Write down the date, time, how many times the phone rang, if you left a message, what was the message. Who you talked to when you got through, and the conversation with that person.

There is nothing you can do.
This is one of the very many power trips that P.O.'s play with their probees. Chances are, you failed to thank her enough the last time you met, and she is doing her best to make sure you suffer as much as she perceived herself to have suffered from you.
She is very likely getting a very perverse satisfaction out of hearing the pain and suffering and angony and stress in your voice.
That's what being on probation is all about. Getting kids to start sucking up to the dregs of society.
All I can recommend is that you become patient and not allow her passive aggression to goad you into doing something illegal, like telling her something that might be interpreted as a threat, because I would be willing to bet that THIS is exactly what she wants to hear from you, so she can get you sent to the klink.
Patience.
I know it hurts, and I know there is suffering. But, pain and suffering are really only matters of the mind. Learn to become above it all.
Then, scum like that will fail to have any actual power over you at all.

Go in person tomorrow, ask to see her. If you are unable to do so, ask to see a supervisor, or ANYONE else. If the answer is still no. Ask for the name of the person you spoke to. Then go in and try the next day, repeat the proceedure untill they see you, even if its just to shut you up....

Wow, sounds like you are being set up. I didn't know they did that. I'd keep calling or just go down there. She could easily put out a warrant for you, or you can call and speak to a supervisor and talk to them about it.

The easiest thing to do is to personally go to the office and ask for her. If she is not there, ask to talk to a supervisor. It's that simple.

Contact her supervisor. If you are under a court order, contact the court.
