BJP is not successful in Gujarat, rather Mr. Narendra Modi with his Hitalery Style creating fear psycosis and taking advantage of people's religious sentiments in misleading advertisements seems to be prevailing.. Whatever development has been done in Gujarat is by the centre's contribution and not by BJP contribution.

BJP is successful in Gujarat true but if you can recollect, after 84, Rajiv Gandhi became PM but in 89 he lost. After 92 Vajapayee became PM but later he lost. Any riots, communal violance cannnot run for a long time same way a terrorist, a criminal cannot be a leader of people for a long time. Believe me once Modi is out of power, he will be behind bars and BJP will be kicked out of Gujarat.

Bjp has a strong base in gujarat for quite a long time.Narendra bhai modi is a clean and efficent administrator and hence he could deliver goods.As for UP and MP caste divisions are more Dominant and hence the erosion of bjp base especially in UP.

BJP organising committee is taking it very seriously. BJP is facing sever confrontation from Congress and Left. But world would see the difference in coming lok sabha elections.

Hindu society is in transition phase. Given the prosperity and education level in Gujarat, the transition in Gujarat is faster than other states. Other states would also catch up in due course. Narendra Modi is the best political administrator. Lack of such leaders in other states is also a problem.

This has hppnd coz JDS final year had betrayed BJP with regard to the potential Sharing as a Coalition government... BJP hav plenty 2 rejoice coz this mite b d initiating of the tip of UPA government... tis mite impact the Election-2009... so.. u can locate BJP leaders everywhere in the rustic celebratin !!!!

BJP, which was in the opposition for decades, could have onle short spell in coalition Govt.of VP Singh and six long years coalition rule under "There Is NoAlternative" principle!
It has failed to develop the arts of goivernance!
During its rule at the centre, there were too many scams.
Just now it has been discovered that IAS officers in Punjab have misappropriated lakhs of funds meant for Kargil heroes!
How. then, it could be 100% success in Gujarat?

bjp is a hard core cmmunal party- hindutva poitics. congress, the other major party is soft hindutva. none is secular in true sense. other parties are very weak. so people have little choice. only non congress secular parties are substitute to bjp. no such substitute is in gujarat unlike up and karnataka.
