The poor family that earns about $20,000 or so a year won't get a single dime.
The "rich" family that earns about $200,000 per year will save a boatload of money.
Are Pelosi and Hillary now taking care of people that own Toll Brothers houses? They suddenly want votes from Republicans. At the same time poor Democrats won't get anything out of this "cut."

This fence will bisect the San Pedro river, a river that is already threatened and is dry in many sections during summer. This was the second time this year that Chertoff used his authority to waive laws requiring an adequate environmental impact study prior to construction, claiming that further delays threatened national security.
I thought the main threat was from Islamic extremists, not Mexican immigrants. But maybe I missed something? The principle of waiving U.S. law for largely partisan political reasons is rampant with this lame-duck administration.

CNN stated this morning, that the fires in California were started by Polar Bears that were displaced because of Global Warming that were trying to bring attention to their plight...how can Al Gore make money off of this?

Even with all the talking heads of both sides trying to grandstand as usual the PEOPLE are dealing with the situation in a calm and orderly fashion.
When ill informed people shout that they should have the entire California national gaurd out fighting the fires the ones running the effort know thats not the way. You need to keep a lot of men in reserve so when the ones on line wear out and in that heat it wont take long, then you have several thousand fresh new men to go on line.
Even the State legislature has come together in true bi partisan ship to do the job.

I'm desperate.
Seriously desperate.
I'm 20 years old, still live with my parents.
They have so many depts it's unbelievable, even after personal bankrupcy (since about half the debt is to family and friends and we want to repay them).
For last umm 17 years maybe, my dad has been giving math & programming private lessons in our home. He always preferred to work at home. But the thing is, he only has like a lesson or two per day... which is really not enough!!!
He had a couple of odd low-paying jobs from what I remember, each lasting for about a year or two. He never, and I mean never, got a job according to his profession: software programmer and tester. He is very smart. He has three degrees and real potential to make a lot of money. I don't know what is wrong with him. My money from work and credit cards go to the family or my college tuition. My mom is going mad and wants a divorce from my dad because it feels like he will never get a real job even though he always promises to

I know in mobster movies bodyguards always seem to be enforcers or security/ management of illegal activities also thus making them criminals any way you cut it but I always wondered if a person was just the drive and/ or bodyguard of a Mob boss like Al Capone would they still be criminals. I guess to me it seems silly to have security enforcement and management all intermingled like you see in the movies. My question again is if your a mob enforcer or run an illegal enterprise your breaking the law and thus a criminal but are you still a criminal if all you do is bodyguard the criminal or drive them around? My husbands ex wife has posted a profile of he and I on Adult friend finder. She used a very old naked picture of him from when they were still married for the photo which she scanned into her computer before sending 2 stacks of old phots home with him when he dropped off his children.
I found the picture in there and just rolled my eyes, but I did blog about what she had done on my myspace (this was almost 2 months ago).
My in laws recieved a parkage from her with included printout of a profile she just created as well as mentioning documents from thier divorce and point to make (such as she never worked, had the children in daycare anyways and dosnt desreve alimony etc) my father in law had in his my documents (apparently my 12yr old step daughter went hunting through her grandfathers computer and either printed or emailed all those files for her mom.
What charges can I file against her in the state of N.H.?

It seems that a few members of the GOP are upset because they’ll miss a vote because they indend on hanging on Bush’s coattails during his visit to the fire ravaged Claifornia on Thursday.
Perhaps if they’d stay and do their job - as aposed to taging along with Bush to play show & tell, they’d be able to vote.

I voted for Bush to be president and I agree with the two wars we have now..first in Afghanastan and Iraq..I am a former military wife and my husband has been twice..but it seems that he and/or his council is wanting war with everyone...Now they are going after Iraq.
