How do I search for obituaries of military men who died in Texas in 2002? Having a hard time with search engines. I do not have a name. All I know is older male, Army, died in October 2002 for sure in Texas. He had to be of high rank, most likely retired and for sure divorced.

So day has been truly eventful in the fact that we were forced to kick my room mate out due to the fact she never paid any rent for three months. My question is about the cell phone we "sold" her a while back. We sold her a MetroPCS phone for $100 and she paid $50 when she got it and failed the pay the other half.

Since she failed to pay for it we never switched it into her name. The problem is now she is gone, angry, and we don't know what she might or might not do with the phone. Since it is in our name still can I report it stolen since in a sense it is? She pays the monthly charges on it for the past month but that is it.

What can I do? What can't I do? Is it legal for me to switch it off since she A) didn't pay for it B) still in our name?

the judge involved with the inconvenient truth - al gore - political movives case ruled that the four main ideas of the movie are factual. cons conveniently omit this little tidbit everytime they bring up the case. those four main facts were:

-global warming is real
-people are causing global warming
-people can change their behaviors and reduce global warming
-and that global warming will be a major global concern that will lead to more and more catastrophic changes if not addressed in the near future.

I took my car to have new tires put on and my oil changed last Sunday (Oct. 21) (which by the way happened to be my birthday too) to Wal-Mart (my first mistake) and now my camera has come up missing from my car. I know I had it the day before. I can't believe I left it in my car, it was a pretty stupid thing to do, but is there anything I can do? Am I allowed to view the video tapes from that day, would getting a lawyer do any good or am I outta luck.

look i have an open question already the question is (why is hate and racism scaliting against latinos?)and i'm getting a lot of answers most of them are good intelligent answers but some are stupid and ignorant.the classic answer is i don't hate latinos i just hate the illegal ones.how are you gonna know i'm legal or illegal that to me is absurd.the other one is (people should come here legally)how in hell they are gonna do that if it's almost impossible to that.why don't you try changing your laws don't make it so hard for people to come here legally.congress is killing every law that has to do with legalizing latinos.congress are the ones to blame not us.people say that undocumented are the ones getting welfare or they don't pay taxes.that's not true in order for you to get welfare you nee to have a valid social security #.i know people who are here illegally who make their taxes every year they end up getting no money back insted they have to pay.

My son is now 2 years old. He has my last name and his father has never been in our lives. I admit I made the mistake of being with this "man" when I was young and not so wise, looking for love in all the wrong places. Yes, I know I have grown fast in the past 2 years, I am earning two certificates in college an associates degree next and then moving on to pursue a Bachelors Degree in English-Philosophy. I am ensuring a good life for my son and things are going well, all until the day I get that letter in the mail from his father. He still have not taken the paternity test, he keeps being moved from prison to prison. I am wishing that I could just stop the process, tell him he's not the father, but I know I cannot do this. He was charged with Abuse of Child and Fire Enhancement, drug trafficing the list goes on. I do not want this man in my son's life. What can I do, if I were to ask them to stop pursuing him for child support what would happen? Would I owe the state since I am on.....
